Higher Vocational College, as one of the important part of the education system, creates a large number of compound talents who both have technology ability and theory ability for our society, and it can promote the reasonable distribution of human resources while further optimize the structure of talents, which has the profound significance in promoting the social stability operation economic boom Combing the real situation of the development of higher vocational colleges and the practice of their own career in education, we develop the relevant research in the background of the relevant research data and under the base status of good faith education in Higher Vocational Colleges. Based on the cost theory in economics and herd mentality in social psychology as the theoretical basis, this paper first defines the concept of good faith in Higher Vocational Colleges; the second is launching a questionnaire survey about the good faith of Shenyang vocational college student, making multi-angle expound about the good faith question in economy, job hunting and making friends, and then putting forward the characteristics of Higher Vocational college students lacking the good faith.
