【摘要】：為有效提升公安院校畢業(yè)生實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力,更好的服務(wù)公安實(shí)戰(zhàn),上海公安高等�？茖W(xué)校追本溯源,以破解公安院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)難題為切入點(diǎn),創(chuàng)建了教官制,從行業(yè)中選拔、聘用、培養(yǎng)業(yè)務(wù)專家和骨干,來校承擔(dān)教學(xué)科研工作。學(xué)校從引進(jìn)渠道、提升雙師素質(zhì)、突出攻堅(jiān)作用、促進(jìn)持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面著手,多策并舉,致力于打造一支"德高技強(qiáng)、能戰(zhàn)會(huì)教"的雙師隊(duì)伍,為培養(yǎng)警務(wù)應(yīng)用人才、建設(shè)公安特色專業(yè)、提升上海公安隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)、發(fā)揮示范輻射效應(yīng)提供了有力支撐和保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)了理念、機(jī)制和實(shí)踐的多重創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了學(xué)校教育教學(xué)改革與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively improve the actual combat ability of the graduates of public security colleges and universities and better serve the actual combat of public security, Shanghai Public Security College has traced back to the origin and set up the teaching official system to select, employ and train professional experts and backbone from the industry to undertake the teaching and scientific research work in order to solve the difficult problems in the construction of the teaching staff in public security colleges and universities. The school starts from the aspects of introducing channels, improving the quality of double teachers, highlighting the role of tackling key problems, promoting sustainable development, and so on. It is committed to building a team of double teachers who are "highly skilled and capable of teaching in war", which provides powerful support and guarantee for the training of police application talents, the construction of public security specialty, the improvement of the quality of Shanghai public security team, and the demonstration radiation effect, and realizes multiple innovations in ideas, mechanisms, and practices. It has further promoted the reform and development of school education and teaching.
