【摘要】：目前,我國校企合作受到政府、職業(yè)院校和企業(yè)的廣泛重視,但是,由于沒有與之相配套的政策法規(guī),使政校企合作三方在權利、義務上存在較大分歧和矛盾,阻礙了校企合作的深入發(fā)展,企業(yè)缺乏與學校的合作動力。本文從當前職業(yè)教育的實際情況出發(fā),探索解決校企合作體制機制問題,解決人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)的企業(yè)合作動力問題;解決以往人才培養(yǎng)過程中的崗位對接不緊密、培養(yǎng)體系不完善問題,創(chuàng)新合作育人模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the cooperation between schools and enterprises in China has been paid more and more attention by the government, vocational colleges and enterprises. However, due to the lack of matching policies and regulations, there are great differences and contradictions in the rights and obligations of the three parties in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, which hinders the further development of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the lack of cooperation power between enterprises and schools. Based on the actual situation of vocational education at present, this paper explores to solve the problems of school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism, to solve the problem of enterprise cooperation motive force in the link of talent training, to solve the problems of incomplete post docking, imperfect training system and innovation of cooperation and education mode in the process of personnel training in the past.
