【摘要】：在職業(yè)教育供需結(jié)構(gòu)矛盾日益突出的背景下,以構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系作為職業(yè)教育供給側(cè)改革的落腳點(diǎn)與抓手。通過剖析現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的現(xiàn)狀與缺陷,重釋基于供給側(cè)改革的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的內(nèi)涵,確定以人為本、需求導(dǎo)向、縱橫溝通、專業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型等現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的基本特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出取消基于供給側(cè)改革的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)劃的對(duì)策建議,即普職比與分批錄取的招生政策、開展普職融通、打破名校壁壘。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand structure of vocational education, the construction of modern vocational education system is regarded as the foothold and grasp of the reform on the supply side of vocational education. By analyzing the present situation and defects of modern vocational education system, this paper reinterprets the connotation of modern vocational education system based on supply-side reform, and determines the basic characteristics of modern vocational education system, such as people-oriented, demand-oriented, vertical and horizontal communication, professional transformation and so on. On this basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to cancel the construction of modern vocational education system based on supply-side reform, that is, the enrollment policy of universal employment ratio and batch admission, carry out the integration of general employment and break down the barriers of famous schools.
