高職生頂崗實習效果模糊綜合評價模型的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:頂崗實習是高職人才培養(yǎng)必不可少的教學環(huán)節(jié),建立科學有效的頂崗實習質(zhì)量評價體系,對于保證實習質(zhì)量,提升人才培養(yǎng)水平具有重要意義。本文從高職頂崗實習效果評價現(xiàn)狀入手,分析了運用模糊綜合評價法對高職生頂崗實習效果進行評價的可行性,并闡述了采用模糊綜合評價法對頂崗實習效果進行評價的方法和步驟。
[Abstract]:The post-job practice is an essential teaching link in the training of higher vocational talents, and the establishment of a scientific and effective quality evaluation system of the top-post practice is of great significance to guarantee the quality of the practice and to improve the level of personnel training. In this paper, the feasibility of applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of the effect of the post-job practice is analyzed, and the method and the steps for evaluating the effect of the post-job practice by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are analyzed.
