【摘要】：企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育校企合作的動力不足,成為制約校企合作深入開展的短板之一。借鑒國外經驗,從企業(yè)的社會責任視角出發(fā)提升企業(yè)參與校企合作的動力,是一個很好的突破口。文章通過分析當前企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育校企合作過程中的社會責任現(xiàn)狀,從社會輿論宣傳、政府評估監(jiān)督、獎懲機制完善、法律法規(guī)健全等方面入手,提出了全面激發(fā)企業(yè)社會責任意識和履行社會責任積極性的建議,以期提升企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育校企合作的動力。
[Abstract]:The lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education has become one of the shortcomings that restrict the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation. Drawing lessons from foreign experience, from the perspective of corporate social responsibility to enhance the motivation for enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation, is a good breakthrough. Based on the analysis of the present situation of social responsibility in the process of enterprises participating in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education, this paper puts forward some suggestions on arousing the consciousness of corporate social responsibility and fulfilling the enthusiasm of enterprises in order to enhance the motive force for enterprises to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education from the aspects of public opinion publicity, government evaluation and supervision, perfect reward and punishment mechanism, and perfect laws and regulations.
