Under the condition of market economy, the schools pay more attention to the quality of the students and lack the corresponding export quality standards, and attach importance to the training of the students' professional and operational skills and the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of the light students; the driving of the economic interests of the school has led to the repeated tolerance of the school's letter of disbelief to the students, The treatment is weak; the comprehensive quality of the students in the middle-grade accounting professional is low, and the integrity of individual students is missing; the other is that the students of the middle-grade accounting profession are not responsible for themselves, and do not pay attention to the self-cultivation and the "Li" of the words. Third, the lack of good faith evaluation system, from primary to secondary vocational schools, does not include the quantitative assessment of good faith in the comprehensive evaluation of the students, and the secondary vocational school has not formed a system to evaluate the integrity of the students. Therefore, it is a fundamental measure to perfect the integrity education system based on the personality characteristics of the middle-grade students and the current situation of the surrounding honesty and credit education. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation and the reason of the deficiency of the integrity and the integrity of the accounting, the author takes the training measures of the good faith and the moral character of the middle-grade students. First, according to the demand-oriented and personnel training objectives of the medium-grade accounting students according to the market, the actual comprehensive quality training implementation plan of the middle-grade accounting students is formulated, the moral cultivation engineering is implemented, and the integrity and character learning and management system is implemented. degree.
