JG學院教師績效考核體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目前,高職院校的競爭越來越激烈,生源成為高職院校的競爭焦點,而優(yōu)質(zhì)超群的教學質(zhì)量則是提高學校對生源吸引力的關(guān)鍵。教師是高職院校承擔教學任務主導者,也是決定教學質(zhì)量的主力軍和核心力量。從這個意義上講,高職院校競爭的本質(zhì)是體現(xiàn)在師資素質(zhì)上的競爭。因此,對教師的工作制定科學的考核、幫助他們發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的不足,幫助他們有針對性的改進教學水平和自身素質(zhì)逐步成為各高職院校管理者工作的重點,也引起理論界眾多學者的關(guān)注。本研究在分析JG學院教師考核資料的基礎(chǔ)上提出了自己的理論構(gòu)架。分析了JG學院教師績效考核的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。本文針對JG學院教師績效考核體系中存在的問題運用了360度全方位考核法及目標管理法對其進行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition of higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more intense, the students become the competition focus of the higher vocational colleges, and the quality of the high-quality supergroup is the key to the improvement of the school's appeal to the students. It is also the main force and the core force for the higher vocational colleges to take the lead of teaching tasks and to decide the quality of teaching. In this sense, the essence of the competition in higher vocational colleges is the competition in the quality of the teachers. Therefore, the scientific assessment of the teacher's work can help them find their own shortcomings, and help them to improve the teaching level and their own quality gradually become the focus of the work of the managers in the higher vocational colleges, and also cause the attention of many scholars in the academic field. Based on the analysis of the teacher's examination data of the JG College, this study put forward its own theoretical framework. The present situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal of the teachers in JG college are analyzed. In this paper, the 360-degree all-round assessment method and the target management method are used to optimize the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the JG College.
