【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育在高職院校中的重要性日益凸顯。文章在澄清素質(zhì)教育內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,提出高職院校學(xué)生要具備共性素質(zhì)和個(gè)性素質(zhì),高職院校素質(zhì)教育要落實(shí)到實(shí)際的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中。而更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育,不僅需要國家、學(xué)校的高度重視,高素質(zhì)的師資隊(duì)伍,也需要更新教學(xué)內(nèi)容,改革教學(xué)方法,學(xué)校與企業(yè)相結(jié)合,在實(shí)踐中開展素質(zhì)教育,為社會(huì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)更多的高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型人才。
[Abstract]:The importance of quality education in higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more prominent. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of quality education, this paper puts forward that students in higher vocational colleges should have common quality and personality quality, and quality education in higher vocational colleges should be carried out in practical teaching activities. To better realize quality education, it is not only necessary for the state and schools to attach great importance to it, but also for high-quality teachers, as well as to renew teaching contents, reform teaching methods, combine schools with enterprises, carry out quality education in practice, and train more high-quality compound talents for social development.
