【摘要】：在大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)十分激烈的大環(huán)境下,高職院校大學(xué)生受學(xué)歷弱勢(shì)等因素影響,已悄然成為高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)隊(duì)伍中的主力軍。而創(chuàng)業(yè)對(duì)于大學(xué)生而言,要求較高的心理素質(zhì)水平才能從容面對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)旅程前后的困難與挫折,因此高職院校大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)心理問(wèn)題應(yīng)引起廣泛關(guān)注。本研究基于目前高職院校大學(xué)在創(chuàng)業(yè)心理素質(zhì)方面所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的耐挫力不足、認(rèn)知偏差、創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向水平較低等現(xiàn)象,以及高校內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)心理扶持體系建設(shè)中存在的不足這一現(xiàn)象展開(kāi)了相關(guān)調(diào)查與研究,目的在于構(gòu)建一套全新可操作性強(qiáng)的適用于高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)心理扶持體系建設(shè)工作的模式圖,該體系模式既適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要又能彌補(bǔ)高職院校在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)心理扶持體系建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的不足。本研究主要內(nèi)容包括:○1通過(guò)收集與分析國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),詳細(xì)闡述了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)支撐、定義及概念,形成了文章的導(dǎo)論部分�！�2對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)心理扶持體系的內(nèi)涵及作用作了詳細(xì)闡述�！�3采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及訪談法結(jié)合收集資料。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查收集的數(shù)據(jù)主要用于了解學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)心理素質(zhì)健康水平,同時(shí)分析其存在的不足及有待提升之處;訪談資料用于了解高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)心理扶持體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。文章結(jié)合學(xué)生在創(chuàng)業(yè)心理素質(zhì)方面體現(xiàn)的不足與高職院校在學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)心理素質(zhì)扶持體系建設(shè)方面存在的缺陷,從創(chuàng)業(yè)心理教育課程建設(shè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)心理咨詢體系建設(shè)、校園創(chuàng)業(yè)文化建設(shè)、微載體互動(dòng)平臺(tái)建設(shè)四個(gè)維度對(duì)高職院校的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)心理扶持體系展開(kāi)了初步建構(gòu)。旨在為高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)心理教育工作提供具體、可行性強(qiáng)的工作參考方案,同時(shí)也為后續(xù)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the great environment of the college students' employment competition, the college students in higher vocational colleges have been influenced by the factors such as the degree of education, and have become the main force in the college students' start-up team. In order to meet the difficulties and setbacks before and after the start-up, the psychological problems of the college students in higher vocational colleges should be paid more attention. This study is based on the phenomenon that the current higher vocational colleges and universities have shown in the aspects of the psychological quality of the enterprise, such as the lack of the frustration, the cognitive deviation, the lower level of the start-up tendency, and the deficiency in the construction of the establishment of the psychological support system in the university, The purpose of this paper is to construct a new set of high-vocational colleges and universities, which are suitable for the construction of the support system of the entrepreneurship of higher vocational colleges. The system model is not only suitable for the needs of the current social development but also the deficiency of the current situation of the establishment of the psychological support system of the college students in higher vocational colleges. The main contents of this study include: "1. Through the collection and analysis of the existing relevant research literature at home and abroad, the theoretical foundation support, definition and concept of the research are described in detail, and the introduction part of the article is formed." The connotation and function of the support system for entrepreneurial psychology are set forth in detail. The questionnaire and interviews were used to collect the data. The data collected by the questionnaire is mainly used to understand the health level of the student's psychological quality, and to analyze the deficiency and the need to be promoted. The interview data is used to understand the present situation and the present situation of the student's entrepreneurship in the establishment of the entrepreneurship psychological support system in the higher vocational colleges. On the basis of the deficiency of the students in the psychological quality of the start-up and the defects existing in the construction of the support system for the psychological quality of the students in the vocational colleges, this paper, from the construction of the psychological education of the starting-up, the construction of the psychological counseling system and the construction of the campus entrepreneurship and culture, The four dimensions of the construction of the micro-carrier interactive platform have carried out the preliminary construction of the college students' entrepreneurship psychological support system. The aim of this paper is to provide a specific and feasible reference scheme for the work of the vocational and psychological education in higher vocational colleges, and also to provide reference for the follow-up research.
