新形勢下高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育研究

【摘要】:高職教育在我國的發(fā)展日趨完善。近年來,我國的高等職業(yè)教育取得了很大的成就,但與職業(yè)教育實踐相比,職業(yè)教育中道德教育的發(fā)展還不盡如人意。雖然高等職業(yè)教育取得了令人矚目的成就,職業(yè)道德教育伴隨著高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,,也取得了一些有目共睹的成績。但是,職業(yè)道德教育作為我國高職院校德育中的重要組成部分,還沒有得到足夠的重視。相關研究大多僅拘泥于理論描述,而缺少實證材料。為了引起教育工作者對高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育的關注,促進高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育的發(fā)展,本文界定了高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育相關概念,著重對當前高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育的必要性和現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進行探討。如:高職院校對學生職業(yè)道德教育的重視程度不夠,相對于其他學科職業(yè)道德教育觀念滯后,職業(yè)道德教育方法單一和職業(yè)道德教育的師資力量薄弱幾方面的問題。針對高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育中存在的問題,結合教學實踐,不斷學習總結,積極探索,從以下幾個方面提出改進和加強高職院校學生職業(yè)道德教育的具體方法:第一,明確教育目標;第二,更新教育觀念;第三,創(chuàng)新教育內容;第四,轉變教學方法;第五,加大學生職業(yè)道德教育投入;第六,加強師資隊伍職業(yè)道德教育建設;第七,健全學生職業(yè)道德教育機制。以期為改進高職院校職業(yè)道德教育提供可借鑒的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The development of higher vocational education in our country is becoming more and more perfect. In recent years, great achievements have been made in higher vocational education in China, but compared with the practice of vocational education, the development of moral education in vocational education is not satisfactory. Although higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements, professional ethics education has also made some obvious achievements with the development of higher vocational education. However, as an important part of moral education in higher vocational colleges in China, professional ethics education has not been paid enough attention to. Most of the related studies are limited to theoretical description, but lack of empirical materials. In order to arouse the attention of educators to the professional ethics education of students in higher vocational colleges and promote the development of professional ethics education of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper defines the related concepts of professional ethics education of students in higher vocational colleges, and focuses on the necessity, present situation and existing problems of students' professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges. For example, higher vocational colleges do not pay enough attention to students' professional ethics education. Compared with other disciplines, the concept of professional ethics education lags behind, the professional ethics education method is single and the teachers of professional ethics education are weak. In view of the problems existing in the professional ethics education of higher vocational college students, combined with teaching practice, constantly learning and summing up, actively exploring, this paper puts forward the concrete methods to improve and strengthen the professional ethics education of higher vocational college students from the following aspects: first, make clear the educational goal; second, renew the educational concept; third, innovate the educational content; fourth, change the teaching method; fifth, increase the input of students' professional ethics education; Sixth, strengthen the construction of professional ethics education of teachers; seventh, improve the mechanism of professional ethics education of students. In order to provide a reference for the improvement of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges.
