【摘要】：高職院校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的文化素質(zhì),需要通過(guò)正確的途徑,采取正確的方法才能取得實(shí)效。本文從課堂教學(xué)、校園文化活動(dòng)、職業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練、社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、心理健康教育和學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)五個(gè)方面,系統(tǒng)分析了高職院校學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的途徑。從構(gòu)建有職業(yè)教育特色的學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系、更新觀念,樹(shù)立全員文化育人的觀念、把學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)結(jié)合起來(lái)三個(gè)方面,闡述了高職院校學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的方法,希望能夠?yàn)楦呗氃盒W(xué)生文化素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:In order to cultivate students' cultural quality in higher vocational colleges, we need to take correct ways and methods in order to achieve practical results. This paper systematically analyzes the ways of cultivating students' cultural quality in higher vocational colleges from five aspects: classroom teaching, campus cultural activities, vocational skills training, social practice activities, mental health education and students' psychological quality training. From three aspects: constructing the cultivation system of students' cultural quality with the characteristics of vocational education, renewing the concept, establishing the concept of all-staff culture and educating people, and combining the cultivation of students' cultural quality with the cultivation of professional quality, This paper expounds the methods of cultivating students' cultural quality in higher vocational colleges, hoping to provide reference and help for the cultivation of students' cultural quality in higher vocational colleges.
