【摘要】：我國的中等職業(yè)教育,隨著社會對技能型人才需求的不斷提高而發(fā)展飛快,在學(xué)校招生方向不斷擴招而得到迅速擴大的同時,也呈現(xiàn)出現(xiàn)了許多學(xué)校教學(xué)方向的問題,如培養(yǎng)職業(yè)技能教學(xué)目標(biāo)不夠準(zhǔn)確,教學(xué)內(nèi)容不能與職業(yè)崗位任務(wù)相結(jié)合,教學(xué)過程中不重視教學(xué)設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)等等,這些問題在一定程度上影響了中職學(xué)校技能型人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,需要對此開展研究,為此,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校通過教學(xué)改革與課程建設(shè)來完善和提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,在對中職學(xué)校課程建設(shè)和教學(xué)設(shè)計的研究中,不但要重視宏觀層面上的教學(xué)體系的拓展和如何使用教材,還要重視微觀層面的課堂教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)出的教學(xué)水平能力,有必要對中職學(xué)校專業(yè)課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法等方面的進(jìn)行深入的探討。本文正是基于以上考慮,結(jié)合本人在中職學(xué)校從事旅游管理專業(yè)教學(xué)的經(jīng)歷,以德國的“行動導(dǎo)向”教學(xué)理念為指導(dǎo),對中職學(xué)校旅游管理專業(yè)的《旅游地理》課程進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計研究。本文共分為五章:第一章緒論主要介紹研究背景、研究意義及國內(nèi)外對行動導(dǎo)向教學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明研究思路和方法。第二章論述中職學(xué)�！堵糜蔚乩怼氛n程與教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀和問題,并從《旅游地理》課程設(shè)置不夠科學(xué)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容有些陳舊、教學(xué)資源不夠豐富、教學(xué)方法比較單一、教師專業(yè)水平有待提高等現(xiàn)狀和課堂教學(xué)出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行分析。第三章開展對中職學(xué)�！堵糜蔚乩怼氛n程的教學(xué)設(shè)計研究。從中職教學(xué)設(shè)計的目標(biāo)、《旅游地理》課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計、中職《旅游地理》課程的教學(xué)設(shè)計的要素和方法、還有以行動導(dǎo)向視角下《旅游地理》課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計后教學(xué)效果的反饋方式等幾個方面來進(jìn)行分析說明。第四章開展對中職學(xué)�！堵糜蔚乩怼氛n程行動導(dǎo)向教學(xué)實踐研究。本部分要從中職學(xué)�！堵糜蔚乩怼氛n程行動導(dǎo)向教學(xué)實例的研究內(nèi)容、研究對象、教學(xué)實例設(shè)計在宏觀上進(jìn)行說明,還介紹一下“祖國風(fēng)光”的情境模擬教學(xué)實例和國內(nèi)海邊旅游度假區(qū)的引導(dǎo)文教學(xué)的實例。第五章中職《旅游地理》課程教學(xué)設(shè)計的反思。在本部分中,筆者對全文做出總結(jié),提出了本次研究的局限性,對研究過程進(jìn)行了反思,得出了自己的研究結(jié)論和不足與展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the social demand for skilled talents, the secondary vocational education in our country has developed rapidly. While the enrollment direction of the school has been expanded rapidly, there have also been many problems in the teaching direction of the school. For example, the teaching goal of cultivating vocational skills is not accurate enough, the teaching content can not be combined with the task of professional post, and the teaching design link is not attached importance to in the teaching process, and so on. To a certain extent, these problems have affected the quality of skilled personnel training in secondary vocational schools, which needs to be studied. Therefore, secondary vocational schools improve and improve the quality of talent training through teaching reform and curriculum construction. In the study of curriculum construction and teaching design in secondary vocational schools, we should not only pay attention to the expansion of the teaching system at the macro level and how to use the teaching materials, but also pay attention to the teaching level and ability embodied in the classroom teaching at the micro level. It is necessary to discuss the teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods of professional courses in secondary vocational schools. Based on the above considerations, combined with my experience in tourism management teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper is guided by the "action-oriented" teaching concept in Germany. The teaching design of Tourism Geography course of tourism management major in secondary vocational school is studied. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research significance and the research status of action-oriented teaching at home and abroad, and expounds the research ideas and methods. The second chapter discusses the present situation and problems of the curriculum and teaching of Tourism Geography in secondary vocational schools, and from the point of view that the curriculum of Tourism Geography is not scientific enough, the teaching content is somewhat old, the teaching resources are not rich enough, and the teaching method is relatively single. The present situation of teachers' professional level needs to be improved and the problems of classroom teaching are analyzed. The third chapter studies the teaching design of Tourism Geography in secondary vocational schools. From the goal of the teaching design of the secondary vocational school, the teaching content design of the "Tourism Geography" course, the elements and methods of the teaching design of the "Tourism Geography" course of the secondary vocational school, From the perspective of action-oriented, this paper also analyzes and explains the feedback mode of teaching effect after the teaching content design of Tourism Geography course. The fourth chapter carries on the action-oriented teaching practice research to the secondary vocational school "Tourism Geography" curriculum. This part is to explain from the macro point of view the research content, the research object and the teaching example design of the action-oriented teaching case of the Tourism Geography course in the secondary vocational school. This paper also introduces the teaching examples of situational simulation of "Motherland scenery" and the teaching examples of guiding articles in domestic seaside tourist resorts. The fifth chapter is the reflection on the teaching design of Tourism Geography in secondary vocational school. In this part, the author summarizes the full text, puts forward the limitations of this study, reflects on the research process, and draws his own research conclusions, shortcomings and prospects.
