【摘要】：近年來(lái),我軍士官院校校園文化建設(shè)取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,在校園規(guī)劃、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、環(huán)境美化、制度完善、價(jià)值觀塑造等方面取得了顯著成效。但是受建校歷史較短、人才培養(yǎng)層次相對(duì)單一等因素的限制,總體上,我軍士官院校校園文化建設(shè)的特色性、專(zhuān)業(yè)性、系統(tǒng)性還不夠鮮明突出甚至有所欠缺。本文通過(guò)梳理校園文化和項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)概念,對(duì)比軍地高職院校校園文化建設(shè)情況,通過(guò)座談和頭腦風(fēng)暴的方式分析了A士官院校校園文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)士官院校文化建設(shè)的普遍特征和功能,確定校園文化建設(shè)的思路目標(biāo),利用項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法工具,從環(huán)境文化、精神文化、專(zhuān)業(yè)文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、行為文化五個(gè)方面對(duì)A士官院校校園文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),提出有效的建設(shè)措施,同時(shí)對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、任務(wù)分工、時(shí)間進(jìn)度、保障措施等進(jìn)行分析探討,促進(jìn)A士官院校校園文化建設(shè)高效完成,促進(jìn)校園文化品牌的總結(jié)凝練,確保其建設(shè)目標(biāo)集中、特色鮮明、作用明顯,進(jìn)一步提升士官的軍事綜合素質(zhì)和戰(zhàn)斗力水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of campus culture in our army's non-commissioned military academies has made great progress, and has achieved remarkable results in the aspects of campus planning, infrastructure construction, environment beautification, system perfection, value creation, and so on. However, limited by the short history of the school and the relatively single level of personnel training, the characteristics, professionalism and systematization of the campus culture construction in our army's non-commissioned military academies are not bright enough or even lacking. Through combing the related concepts of campus culture and project management, comparing the situation of campus culture construction in military and local vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of campus culture construction in non-commissioned officers colleges by means of discussion and brainstorming. According to the general characteristics and functions of cultural construction in non-commissioned colleges and universities, this paper determines the objective of the construction of campus culture, and makes use of the theory and method of project management, from the aspects of environmental culture, spiritual culture, professional culture, network culture, etc. This paper plans and designs the campus culture construction of A petty officer college from five aspects of behavior culture, and puts forward effective construction measures. At the same time, it analyzes and discusses the organizational leadership, the division of tasks, the time schedule and the safeguard measures of the campus culture construction. To promote the efficient completion of campus culture construction, to promote the summarization of campus culture brand, to ensure that the construction goal is concentrated, the characteristic is bright and the function is obvious, and to further improve the military comprehensive quality and combat effectiveness of non-commissioned officers.
