職業(yè)院校實踐性教學體系建構研究

【摘要】: 構建實踐性教學體系,對于提高職業(yè)院校學生的實踐能力、提升職業(yè)院校的教學水平、滿足經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需求具有重大的意義。職業(yè)院校的實踐性教學體系由實踐性教學目標、實踐性教學方式與方法、實踐性教學內(nèi)容構成。本文通過對湖南省職業(yè)院校實踐性教學體系采取問卷和訪談方式進行調(diào)研,了解到由于資源配置緊張、教育教學理念落后、師資力量薄弱、教材滯后等原因,實踐性教學常被削弱,教學也常流于形式,且缺乏理論指導。為此,必須提高對實踐性教學的認識、建立以就業(yè)為導向的實踐性教學課程與教學體系、加強“雙師型”教師隊伍建設、改善實訓基地條件、完善實踐性教學評價體系,構建一個具有中國特色、適合中國國情的職業(yè)院校實踐性教學體系。本文闡述了構建職業(yè)院校實踐性教學體系的目標、原則及實踐構想。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to construct a practical teaching system to improve the students' practical ability, improve the teaching level of vocational colleges and meet the needs of economic and social development. The practical teaching system in vocational colleges consists of practical teaching objectives, practical teaching methods and contents. Based on the questionnaire and interview of the practical teaching system in Hunan vocational colleges, this paper finds out the reasons for the shortage of resources allocation, the backward concept of education and teaching, the weakness of teachers, the lagging of teaching materials, and so on. Practical teaching is often weakened, teaching is often formalistic, and lack of theoretical guidance. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the understanding of practical teaching, establish employment-oriented practical teaching curriculum and teaching system, strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers, improve the conditions of practical training base, and perfect the evaluation system of practical teaching. To construct a practical teaching system of vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics and suitable for China's national conditions. This paper expounds the goal, principle and practical conception of constructing practical teaching system in vocational colleges.
