【摘要】：隨著職業(yè)教育改革的不斷深入,職業(yè)技能大賽成為一種教育模式被納入到中等職業(yè)教育中,以競(jìng)賽的模式實(shí)現(xiàn)了工學(xué)結(jié)合。特別是目前社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域普遍對(duì)綜合性技術(shù)人才具有較高的需求,要求這些人才不僅要具有專業(yè)技術(shù)操作能力,還要具有創(chuàng)新性。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校需要促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng),并使得這些人才的潛在創(chuàng)新能力有得以發(fā)揮的平臺(tái),組織技能競(jìng)賽是非常必要的,一方面對(duì)學(xué)生自主探索知識(shí),提高創(chuàng)新能力具有一定的督促作用,另一方面有助于社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域通過(guò)觀看和參與技能競(jìng)賽而選拔符合本單位需要的優(yōu)秀人員,本文針對(duì)中職技能競(jìng)賽與技能型人才培養(yǎng)整合策略展開(kāi)研究,有利于中職技能競(jìng)賽與技能型人才培養(yǎng)的理論和實(shí)踐研究。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the vocational education reform, the vocational skill contest has become a kind of educational model, which has been brought into the secondary vocational education and realized the combination of work and learning in the competition mode. Especially at present, there is a high demand for comprehensive technical talents in all fields of society, which requires them not only to have professional technical operation ability, but also to be innovative. Secondary vocational schools need to promote the cultivation of innovative talents, and make the potential innovative ability of these talents have a platform to play. It is very necessary to organize skills competition. On the one hand, it is necessary for students to explore knowledge independently. To improve the ability of innovation has a certain role in urging, on the other hand, it is helpful for all fields of society to select outstanding personnel who meet the needs of their units through watching and participating in skill competitions. This paper focuses on the integration strategy of skill competition and skill talent training in secondary vocational school, which is beneficial to the theoretical and practical research on skill competition and skill talent training in secondary vocational school.
