【摘要】：本文通過問卷調(diào)查、查找文獻資料、進行個別訪談等方法，對我國高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育進行全方位的研究。闡述了選題的背景和意義，并對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行述評，確定本文的內(nèi)容；定厘和闡釋職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相關(guān)概念，規(guī)范本文研究對象，介紹職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的基本理論依據(jù)，并對思想政治教育相關(guān)知識進行闡述，構(gòu)建本文的理論基礎(chǔ)；對部分高職院校學生職業(yè)規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀進行問卷調(diào)查，分析調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)文獻資料，總結(jié)我國高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育現(xiàn)狀及高職院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育存在的問題；以問卷調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)，從高職學生自身素質(zhì)、高職職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育現(xiàn)狀及高職職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育受重視程度三個方面對高職職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育存在的問題進行成因分析。 針對現(xiàn)狀和問題，本文提出完善高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的對策。強調(diào)發(fā)揮思想政治教育在高職學生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育中的作用，幫助高職學生樹立正確的職業(yè)價值觀、良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、崇高的職業(yè)理想及社會責任感；構(gòu)建高職院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃類課程體系，豐富和完善我國高職院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的課程；拓展高職學校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的實施途徑，，為我國高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育全面護航。 通過本文的研究，探索社會主義核心價值體系背景下的高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)教育的方法，構(gòu)建具有實效性、針對性、可行性的高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育類課程體系，探尋出高職學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的新途徑，為我國高職院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育提供了參考，具有一定的實踐性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire, literature and individual interviews, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the career planning education of vocational college students in China. This paper expounds the background and significance of the topic, reviews the current research situation at home and abroad, and determines the content of this paper. Define and explain the relevant concepts of career planning, standardize the research object of this article, introduce the basic theoretical basis of career planning education, and explain the relevant knowledge of ideological and political education, and construct the theoretical basis of this paper; This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the status quo of vocational planning of students in some higher vocational colleges, analyzes the survey data and related documents, and summarizes the present situation of career planning education for students in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the education of career planning in higher vocational colleges. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in higher vocational career planning education from three aspects: the quality of students themselves, the present situation of vocational career planning education and the degree of attention paid to higher vocational career planning education. In view of the present situation and problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the career planning education of higher vocational students. It is emphasized that ideological and political education plays an important role in the career planning of higher vocational students and helps them to set up correct professional values, good professional accomplishment, lofty professional ideal and social responsibility. Constructing the curriculum system of career planning in higher vocational colleges to enrich and perfect the curriculum of career planning education in higher vocational colleges in China; To expand the implementation of career planning education in higher vocational schools, and to protect the career planning education of higher vocational students in our country. Through the research of this paper, this paper explores the methods of vocational career planning education for higher vocational students under the background of socialist core value system, and constructs a practical, targeted and feasible curriculum system for higher vocational students' career planning education. This paper explores a new way of career planning education for higher vocational students, which provides a reference for career planning education in higher vocational colleges in China, and has certain practicality and maneuverability.
