L職業(yè)技術學院員工職業(yè)倦怠案例研究

【摘要】:教師的職業(yè)倦怠情況直接關系到學校的教學質(zhì)量和育人質(zhì)量,意義十分重大。如何通過有效方式來調(diào)查教師的職業(yè)倦怠情況,并針對相關影響因素制定行之有效的改善措施,是廣大教育工作者需要探討的重要問題。 本文運用案例分析的方法總結出L職業(yè)技術學院員工職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并基于相關理論研究探尋L學院員工職業(yè)倦怠的產(chǎn)生原因,即缺乏職業(yè)發(fā)展清晰認知、沒有建立科學薪酬體系、績效考核工作存在不足、學院文化引導功能較弱等。通過針對以上問題提出管理策略和改進的措施,從而實現(xiàn)L學院員工職業(yè)倦怠情況的有效改善。 本文將理論與管理實踐相結合,對L學院的員工存在的職業(yè)倦怠問題進行深入系統(tǒng)的分析,并從職業(yè)發(fā)展、薪酬體系、績效考核和學院文化等方面為管理者提出了改善建議。文章對于有效降低L學院員工的職業(yè)倦怠具有較好的實際意義,同時也為其他高校開展員工職業(yè)倦怠的相關研究提供了全面的理論分析和經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:Teachers' job burnout is directly related to the quality of teaching and education, which is of great significance. How to investigate the teachers' job burnout through effective ways and make effective measures to improve the related factors is an important problem that educators need to discuss. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of employee burnout in L Vocational and Technical College by case study, and explores the causes of occupational burnout based on relevant theoretical research, that is, the lack of a clear understanding of career development. There is no scientific compensation system, the performance appraisal work is insufficient, the function of college culture guidance is weak, etc. This paper puts forward management strategies and improvement measures to solve the above problems, so as to effectively improve the job burnout of L college staff. By combining theory with management practice, this paper makes a deep and systematic analysis of the problem of job burnout among the employees of L College, and puts forward some suggestions for the managers from the aspects of career development, salary system, performance appraisal and college culture. This article has a good practical significance for effectively reducing the job burnout of L college staff, and also provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis and experience reference for other colleges and universities to carry out the related research of employee job burnout.
