【摘要】：三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院是于1999年經(jīng)國(guó)家教育部批準(zhǔn)，由市人民政府主辦的一所全日制普通高等職業(yè)院校。建校多年來(lái)，以悠久的辦學(xué)歷史，深厚的文化積淀，獨(dú)特的辦學(xué)風(fēng)格，高質(zhì)量的人才教育，培養(yǎng)出大批高素質(zhì)人才。然而隨著中國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)取得高速發(fā)展后，社會(huì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷調(diào)整，企業(yè)對(duì)于高職院校畢業(yè)生的需求也在不斷的增加，三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院也面臨著越來(lái)越激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院要想在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地，持續(xù)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，這就要求學(xué)院認(rèn)真分析當(dāng)前形勢(shì)，根據(jù)國(guó)家高職教育發(fā)展的目標(biāo)任務(wù)，結(jié)合學(xué)院和當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的實(shí)際情況，制定出具有核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文在采用SWOT分析法，文獻(xiàn)法等研究方法在對(duì)影響和制約三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院發(fā)展的各種外部環(huán)境要素分析的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)真研究了三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院目前面臨的外部的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)以及自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。試圖找出三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院以后發(fā)展所存在的問(wèn)題，，并提出比較可行的解決方法，在通過(guò)對(duì)辦學(xué)層次、培養(yǎng)人才和服務(wù)面向三方面的科學(xué)定位基礎(chǔ)上提出了三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的發(fā)展目標(biāo)為：特色鮮明、質(zhì)量過(guò)硬，省內(nèi)一流、人民滿(mǎn)意。并制訂了符合三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案：教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)院應(yīng)根據(jù)發(fā)展需求，從實(shí)際出發(fā)，以培養(yǎng)“雙師型”教師為重點(diǎn)，以?xún)?yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)為目標(biāo)，以建立激勵(lì)機(jī)制為保障來(lái)建設(shè)教書(shū)隊(duì)伍；內(nèi)部管理的改進(jìn)環(huán)節(jié)；招生就業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)；學(xué)生管理環(huán)節(jié)。三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院也應(yīng)該對(duì)各項(xiàng)管理工作進(jìn)行全面深入的自查與反思，創(chuàng)新工作機(jī)制，建立健全、修訂完善各項(xiàng)管理規(guī)章制度；就業(yè)指導(dǎo)環(huán)節(jié)以及學(xué)院宣傳環(huán)節(jié)。通過(guò)以上策略，希望三門(mén)峽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院能獲得更加長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College was approved by the Ministry of Education in 1999 and sponsored by the Municipal people's Government. Over the years, with a long school history, profound cultural accumulation, unique school style, high-quality talent education, cultivate a large number of high-quality talents. However, with China's entry into the WTO and the rapid development of social economy, the social industrial structure has been constantly adjusted, and the demand of enterprises for graduates of higher vocational colleges is also increasing. Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College is also facing more and more fierce competition. If Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College wants to stand in an invincible position in the fierce competition and develop steadily, this requires the college to seriously analyze the current situation and according to the target tasks of the development of national higher vocational education. Combined with the actual situation of college and local economy and society, the development strategy with core competence is worked out. Based on the analysis of various external environmental factors which influence and restrict the development of Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College, this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method and the literature method, and analyzes the factors that influence and restrict the development of Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College. This paper studies the external opportunities and challenges as well as its own strengths and weaknesses in Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College. This paper tries to find out the problems existing in the future development of Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward more feasible solutions. On the basis of the scientific orientation of cultivating talents and serving, the development goals of Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College are put forward as follows: distinctive characteristics, excellent quality, first-class in the province, and people's satisfaction. And has formulated the strategy implementation plan which accords with the Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College: the teacher troop construction link. According to the development demand, the college should start from the reality, focus on training "double qualified" teachers, take optimizing structure as the goal, set up the incentive mechanism as the guarantee to build the teaching team, improve the internal management, recruit students and obtain employment. Student management. The Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College should also conduct a comprehensive and in-depth self-examination and reflection on the management work, innovate the working mechanism, establish and perfect the management rules and regulations, and improve the employment guidance links and the propaganda links of the college. Through the above strategy, I hope Sanmenxia Vocational and Technical College can get more long-term development.
