【摘要】：我國(guó)職業(yè)教育,開始于中國(guó)晚清的洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)期,持續(xù)到我國(guó)民國(guó)時(shí)期。周學(xué)熙作為清朝末期最重要的教育家之一,他在我國(guó)職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域做出了非常突出的貢獻(xiàn),他的職業(yè)教育思想非常的豐富,極具中國(guó)特色,是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育思想史發(fā)展過程中最重要的組成部分。周學(xué)熙是職業(yè)教育的開拓者,他秉承“工學(xué)并舉”的原則,先后建立不同層次和不同類型的職業(yè)教育場(chǎng)所,為我國(guó)近代民族工業(yè)的發(fā)展和教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了大量寶貴的貢獻(xiàn)。他主張“教學(xué)做合一”,這一觀點(diǎn)較之其同時(shí)代的其他教育者略為領(lǐng)先,后來的教育工作者也深受其影響。周學(xué)熙職業(yè)教育思想是在國(guó)家與民族面對(duì)外國(guó)列強(qiáng)、處于風(fēng)雨縹緲的時(shí)代背景下形成和發(fā)展的。從某種角度來說,他的思想不僅反應(yīng)了中國(guó)民族資本主義和社會(huì)時(shí)代對(duì)職業(yè)教育的迫切需求,同時(shí)也對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)教育做出了較為深刻的指導(dǎo)性意義,是我國(guó)當(dāng)代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中理論思想的重要組成部分之一。基于上述理念,研究周學(xué)熙的職業(yè)教育思想具有非常重要的歷史、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文共分四章,以周學(xué)熙的職業(yè)教育思想為主線,以其思想形成和發(fā)展為線索展開全文的梳理和分析。全文主要包括:第一章包括說明選題意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、核心概念界定、研究的理論和實(shí)踐意義以及研究設(shè)計(jì);第二章首先介紹周學(xué)熙的生平經(jīng)歷,然后闡釋了周學(xué)熙的職業(yè)教育思想淵源;第三章從周學(xué)熙職業(yè)教育發(fā)展觀、教育目標(biāo)、三大要素、周學(xué)熙的女子職業(yè)教育和周學(xué)熙職業(yè)教育與中國(guó)職業(yè)教育的近代化的關(guān)系五方面論述了周學(xué)熙關(guān)于職業(yè)教育的理論主張;第四章對(duì)周學(xué)熙的職業(yè)教育思想的評(píng)價(jià)以及啟示進(jìn)行分析,以期對(duì)周學(xué)熙作出較為客觀的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Vocational education in China began during the Westernization Movement in the late Qing Dynasty and lasted until the Republic of China. Zhou Xuexi, as one of the most important educationists in the late Qing Dynasty, made outstanding contributions in the field of vocational education in China. It is the most important component in the development of the history of vocational education in China. Zhou Xuexi was a pioneer in vocational education. He followed the principle of "working and learning simultaneously" and successively established different levels and different types of vocational education sites. It has made a great deal of valuable contribution to the development of national industry and education in modern China. His idea of "teaching and doing in one" was a little ahead of other educators of his time, and later educators were deeply influenced. Zhou Xuexi's vocational education thought was formed and developed under the background of the country and nation facing foreign powers. From a certain point of view, his thought not only reflects the urgent need for vocational education in China's national capitalism and social era, but also makes a more profound guiding significance for China's vocational education. It is one of the important parts of theory thought in the development of vocational education in our country. Based on the above ideas, the study of Zhou Xuexi's thought of vocational education has very important historical and practical significance. This thesis is divided into four chapters, taking Zhou Xuexi's thought of vocational education as the main line and taking the formation and development of his thought as the clue to carding and analyzing the full text. The full text mainly includes: the first chapter includes explains the topic significance, the literature review, the core concept definition, the research theory and the practice significance as well as the research design; The second chapter first introduces Zhou Xuexi's life experience, then explains Zhou Xuexi's thought origin of vocational education. The third chapter from Zhou Xuexi vocational education concept of development, educational objectives, three elements, Zhou Xuexi's female vocational education and the relationship between Zhou Xuexi's vocational education and the modernization of China's vocational education are discussed in five aspects. The fourth chapter analyzes Zhou Xuexi's vocational education thought and its enlightenment in order to make a more objective evaluation on Zhou Xuexi.
