【摘要】：隨著社會及護理事業(yè)的發(fā)展,人民群眾對護理質(zhì)量的要求越來越高。因此提高護理人員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),滿足人民群眾對優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務的迫切需求,是當前護士培養(yǎng)工作中刻不容緩的任務。本研究采用文獻分析法、問卷調(diào)查法以及訪談法,以廣州衛(wèi)生職業(yè)技術(shù)學院護理專業(yè)學生(簡稱高職護生)、護理專業(yè)教師及臨床實習帶教老師為研究對象,研究高職護生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵和結(jié)構(gòu),探討高職護生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,提出契合我國護理專業(yè)職業(yè)教育目標、滿足社會大眾需求的高職護生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培育策略。高職護生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)是高等職業(yè)院校護理專業(yè)學生在校期間培育的,且在護士職業(yè)生涯中不斷發(fā)展及完善的護理從業(yè)者所必須具備的綜合素質(zhì)與涵養(yǎng),包括職業(yè)技能、職業(yè)道德與職業(yè)意識三個維度。本研究結(jié)果表明,高職護生對職業(yè)素養(yǎng)有較高的認知水平,但實踐水平有待進一步提高。具體表現(xiàn)為:在職業(yè)道德上,要養(yǎng)成慎獨精神以及踐行奉獻精神;在職業(yè)技能上,要扎實專業(yè)技能,發(fā)展綜合技能;在職業(yè)意識上,需要提升合作意識、身心素質(zhì)以及人文關(guān)懷精神。基于研究結(jié)果,提出了培育高職護生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的策略,包括(1)開展護理技能競賽、義工服務活動、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃大賽等素質(zhì)拓展活動,提高職業(yè)道德的實踐水平;(2)以優(yōu)化教師隊伍為依托,加強實訓場地的建設為著力點,鞏固護生專業(yè)技能;(3)加強培養(yǎng)護生的綜合職業(yè)技能、自學能力和溝通技巧,全面提升護生的綜合技能;(4)立足于人文關(guān)懷精神及心理健康教育,培養(yǎng)護生良好的職業(yè)意識。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and nursing, the people's demands on nursing quality are higher and higher. Therefore, it is an urgent task to improve the professional quality of nursing staff and meet the urgent needs of the people for quality nursing service. In this study, literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview were used to study nursing students, nursing teachers and clinical practice teachers in Guangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Health. This paper studies the connotation and structure of vocational quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, probes into the present situation of professional literacy of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the cultivation strategies of vocational literacy of nursing students in higher vocational colleges which accord with the goal of vocational education of nursing major in our country and meet the needs of the public. The nursing students' professional accomplishment in higher vocational colleges is the comprehensive quality and self-cultivation, including vocational skills, which must be possessed by the nursing practitioners who develop and perfect continuously in the nursing profession. Three dimensions of professional ethics and professional consciousness. The result of this study shows that higher vocational nursing students have a higher level of cognition of professional accomplishment, but the practical level needs to be further improved. It is shown as follows: in professional ethics, we should cultivate the spirit of being cautious and independent and practice the spirit of dedication, and in vocational skills, we should have solid professional skills and develop comprehensive skills. In terms of professional awareness, we need to enhance the sense of cooperation, physical and mental quality and humanistic care spirit. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward some strategies to cultivate the vocational quality of nursing students, including (1) developing nursing skill competition, volunteer service activities, career planning contest and so on, so as to improve the practical level of professional ethics; (2) strengthening the construction of practical training sites to strengthen the professional skills of nursing students, (3) strengthening the comprehensive vocational skills of nursing students, self-learning ability and communication skills, and enhancing the comprehensive skills of nursing students; (4) based on humanistic care spirit and mental health education, nursing students' good professional consciousness should be cultivated.
