中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊伍管理制度的問題及其對策

【摘要】:師資隊伍管理是促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重要因素。只有擁有一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊伍,中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量才能得到保障,也才能培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)的技能型人才。促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教育大力發(fā)展的根本大計是努力建立一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、高素質(zhì)的中職師資隊伍,,而這離不開中等職業(yè)教育師資隊伍管理。 作者圍繞“中等職業(yè)教育師資隊伍的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題,分析師資隊伍管理制度的問題和成因,提出改革對策”這條主線,遵循“提出問題—分析問題—解決問題”的邏輯順序,對日本、美國、德國等西方發(fā)達(dá)國家在職業(yè)教育師資隊伍管理制度方面的經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行了評價分析,并對廣州某中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊伍現(xiàn)狀及師資隊伍管理制度存在的問題進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對我國中職師資隊伍的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題進(jìn)行了梳理,研究了導(dǎo)致這些問題的制度層面的原因,并分析其詳細(xì)成因。最后,結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果、國外職業(yè)教育師資隊伍管理的經(jīng)驗,提出了對中等職業(yè)教育師資隊伍管理制度的改進(jìn)對策。 本論文共分五部分,第一部分為引言,介紹論文研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法;第二部分是相關(guān)概念界定和理論支撐;第三部分結(jié)合廣州某中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊伍調(diào)查結(jié)果,總結(jié)分析了我國中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊伍的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,分析師資隊伍管理制度的問題和成因;第四部分介紹了國內(nèi)外中等職業(yè)教育師資隊伍管理的經(jīng)驗借鑒;第五部分在前面分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了師資隊伍管理的改進(jìn)對策。
[Abstract]:The management of teaching staff is an important factor to promote the development of secondary vocational education. Only by having a team of teachers with high quality can the teaching quality of secondary vocational education be guaranteed and the skilled talents of high quality be trained. The basic plan to promote the development of secondary vocational education is to establish a contingent of teachers with reasonable structure and high quality, which can not be separated from the management of secondary vocational education teachers. The author analyzes the problems and causes of the management system of the teaching staff in secondary vocational education, and puts forward the reform countermeasures, focusing on the present situation and the existing problems of the teaching staff in secondary vocational education. Following the logical sequence of "posing problems-analyzing problems-solving problems", this paper evaluates and analyzes the experience of Japan, the United States, Germany and other western developed countries in the management system of vocational education teachers. On the basis of a questionnaire survey on the status quo of teachers and the problems existing in the management system of teachers in a secondary vocational school in Guangzhou, the paper combs the present situation and existing problems of the teaching staff in secondary vocational schools in China. This paper studies the causes of these problems at the institutional level and analyzes their causes in detail. Finally, based on the results of the investigation, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management system of secondary vocational education teachers. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research significance, research status, research content and research methods, the second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical support; The third part combined with the investigation results of a secondary vocational school in Guangzhou summed up and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the teaching staff in secondary vocational schools and analyzed the problems and causes of the management system of the teaching staff. The fourth part introduces the experience of teaching staff management in secondary vocational education at home and abroad, and the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the management of teaching staff on the basis of the previous analysis and research.
