中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊伍管理制度的問題及其對策
[Abstract]:The management of teaching staff is an important factor to promote the development of secondary vocational education. Only by having a team of teachers with high quality can the teaching quality of secondary vocational education be guaranteed and the skilled talents of high quality be trained. The basic plan to promote the development of secondary vocational education is to establish a contingent of teachers with reasonable structure and high quality, which can not be separated from the management of secondary vocational education teachers. The author analyzes the problems and causes of the management system of the teaching staff in secondary vocational education, and puts forward the reform countermeasures, focusing on the present situation and the existing problems of the teaching staff in secondary vocational education. Following the logical sequence of "posing problems-analyzing problems-solving problems", this paper evaluates and analyzes the experience of Japan, the United States, Germany and other western developed countries in the management system of vocational education teachers. On the basis of a questionnaire survey on the status quo of teachers and the problems existing in the management system of teachers in a secondary vocational school in Guangzhou, the paper combs the present situation and existing problems of the teaching staff in secondary vocational schools in China. This paper studies the causes of these problems at the institutional level and analyzes their causes in detail. Finally, based on the results of the investigation, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management system of secondary vocational education teachers. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research significance, research status, research content and research methods, the second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical support; The third part combined with the investigation results of a secondary vocational school in Guangzhou summed up and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the teaching staff in secondary vocational schools and analyzed the problems and causes of the management system of the teaching staff. The fourth part introduces the experience of teaching staff management in secondary vocational education at home and abroad, and the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the management of teaching staff on the basis of the previous analysis and research.
