基于共生理論的校企合作治理模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:校企合作治理模式創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中一個急需探究的重要課題,而共生理論便是有效和得力的研究工具。在基于共生理論闡釋校企合作治理模式創(chuàng)新的邏輯基礎(chǔ)上,指出校企合作治理模式創(chuàng)新方向是多元共治與互惠共生的,并進(jìn)一步從營造正向共生環(huán)境以構(gòu)建多元治理結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)制度體系建設(shè)以打造共生治理界面、強(qiáng)化互動協(xié)同作用以提升合作共生效能等方面綜合施策,從而為增強(qiáng)我國職業(yè)教育治理能力現(xiàn)代化提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The innovation of school-enterprise cooperative governance model has become an important subject in the development of vocational education in China, and the symbiosis theory is an effective and effective research tool. Based on the theory of symbiosis, this paper explains the logic of the innovation of the cooperative governance model of the school and enterprise, and points out that the innovation direction of the cooperative governance mode of the school and enterprise is multiple co-governance and reciprocal symbiosis, and further builds the positive symbiotic environment to construct the pluralistic governance structure. Strengthening the system construction to create a symbiotic governance interface, strengthening the interaction and synergy to enhance the cooperative symbiotic efficiency and other aspects of comprehensive measures, so as to enhance our vocational education governance capacity modernization to provide reference and reference.
