基于SECI模型的高職教育實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)體系建設(shè)探究

【摘要】:在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的背景下,提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量成為高職教育實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須慎思的問(wèn)題。實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)作為高職教育人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),決定著所培養(yǎng)人才的"可用性"。本文基于野中郁次郎(Nonaka)和竹內(nèi)弘高(Takeuchi)提出的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化SECI模型,從知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化與創(chuàng)造的4個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)探索高職教育實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)體系的構(gòu)建,并以成都工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)體系建設(shè)為例加以闡釋和論證,以期對(duì)高職教育實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)的研究與發(fā)展有所助益。
[Abstract]:Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, it is necessary to think carefully about how to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational education. As the key link of talents training in higher vocational education, practical teaching determines the availability of talents. Based on the SECI model of knowledge transformation proposed by (Nonaka) and (Takeuchi), this paper explores the construction of practical teaching system in higher vocational education from four links of knowledge transformation and creation. Taking the construction of practical teaching system of Chengdu Polytechnic Institute as an example, this paper expounds and demonstrates it in order to be helpful to the research and development of practical teaching in higher vocational education.
