【摘要】：學校內部控制主要是對學校經濟活動的風險控制。經濟活動的本質就是資金的運用,而資金運用最基本的管理形式就是收支業(yè)務。與學校收支業(yè)務相關的包括預算、收支活動和貨幣資金。文章結合學校預算業(yè)務、收支業(yè)務和貨幣資金業(yè)務內部控制設計的實踐,分析了內部控制設計過程中的難點和要點。
[Abstract]:The internal control of the school is mainly the risk control of the school economic activities. The essence of economic activities is the use of funds, and the most basic management form of capital use is income and expenditure business. Related to school income and expenditure business include budget, income and expenditure activities and monetary funds. Based on the practice of internal control design of school budget business, income and expenditure business and money fund business, this paper analyzes the difficulties and key points in the process of internal control design.
