【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的逐步建立和教育體制改革的不斷深化，高等教育必須加大力度推進(jìn)改革，才能適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和未來發(fā)展。高校后勤管理是高校管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分，高校后勤管理的好壞直接關(guān)系到高校各項(xiàng)工作的正常開展。高職院校后勤工作作為一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性和保障性的工作，是高等教育事業(yè)不可或缺的重要組成部分。同普通高校相比，高職院校在辦學(xué)模式、實(shí)際教學(xué)要求、教學(xué)模式、人才培養(yǎng)定位、學(xué)生管理方式、生源質(zhì)量和學(xué)制等方面都有其不同之處。盡管我國早在20世紀(jì)80年代提出了要實(shí)現(xiàn)高校后勤社會(huì)化，但改革這么多年來有成效也有問題。在我國高校走完后勤改革的前一階段后，高職院校后勤管理人員需要審視目前的狀況，，分析后勤管理存在的問題，積極探究完善當(dāng)前后勤管理的思路和對(duì)策，推進(jìn)后勤社會(huì)化進(jìn)程。 本文從這一重大任務(wù)出發(fā)，以高職院校后勤管理為研究對(duì)象，在介紹寫作背景、研究意義的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論論證了對(duì)高職院校后勤管理進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究的必要性，通過實(shí)地調(diào)查，具體分析福州市高職院校后勤管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，以實(shí)證性研究方法對(duì)福州市高職院校所采用的后勤管理方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，借鑒國內(nèi)外部分高職院校后勤管理的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn)，試圖探索適合當(dāng)前高職院校后勤管理的改革路徑。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外高校后勤管理的研究現(xiàn)狀，給出了論文的主要研究方法與研究內(nèi)容。其次概述高職院校后勤管理的相關(guān)概念和理論，回顧高校后勤管理改革歷程，對(duì)比分析高職與本科院校后勤管理情況，引出高職院校后勤管理科學(xué)化的重要意義所在。再次通過實(shí)地調(diào)查、問卷及訪談等形式對(duì)福州市高職院校后勤管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研，發(fā)現(xiàn)師生對(duì)于后勤實(shí)體部門的滿意度不高的情況，以及當(dāng)前福州市高職院校后勤管理中存在的一些亟待改進(jìn)的問題：如員工文化素質(zhì)偏低年齡結(jié)構(gòu)偏老、工作目標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)未能達(dá)成共識(shí)、考核機(jī)制不完善等，認(rèn)為目前福州市高職院校必須進(jìn)一步提高后勤管理水平。重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用利益相關(guān)者理論分析高職院校后勤管理各利益主體的利益關(guān)系和責(zé)任關(guān)系。最后論文在借鑒國內(nèi)外部分高職院校后勤科學(xué)管理方式的基礎(chǔ)上，提出完善高職院校后勤管理的路徑的4個(gè)對(duì)策建議：更新后勤管理理念、加強(qiáng)后勤管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、改革后勤管理體制、完善后勤管理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the gradual establishment of the socialist market economy system and the deepening of the reform of the education system, higher education must strengthen the reform in order to adapt to the socialist economic system and future development. University logistics management is an important part of university management. The quality of university logistics management is directly related to the normal development of university work. As a basic and guaranteed work, logistics work in higher vocational colleges is an indispensable part of higher education. Compared with ordinary colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges have their own differences in the aspects of school running mode, actual teaching requirements, teaching mode, talent training orientation, student management mode, student source quality and school system. Although our country proposed to realize the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities as early as 80's of the 20th century, the reform has been effective and problematic for so many years. After finishing the previous stage of logistics reform in colleges and universities in our country, the logistics managers in higher vocational colleges need to examine the current situation, analyze the problems existing in the logistics management, and actively explore the ideas and countermeasures to improve the current logistics management. Promote the process of socialization of logistics. Starting from this important task, this paper takes the logistics management of higher vocational colleges as the research object. On the basis of introducing the writing background and the significance of the research, this paper demonstrates the necessity of further research on the logistics management in higher vocational colleges by using relevant theories. Through field investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of logistics management in higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou, and makes a comparative analysis of the logistics management methods adopted by vocational colleges in Fuzhou with the method of empirical research. Based on the excellent experience of logistics management in some higher vocational colleges at home and abroad, this paper attempts to explore the reform path of logistics management suitable for the current higher vocational colleges. This paper first introduces the research status of logistics management in colleges and universities at home and abroad, and gives the main research methods and contents of this paper. Secondly, it summarizes the related concepts and theories of logistics management in higher vocational colleges, reviews the reform course of logistics management in colleges and universities, compares and analyzes the situation of logistics management in higher vocational colleges and universities, and leads to the important significance of scientific logistics management in higher vocational colleges. Through field investigation, questionnaire and interview, the author investigates the current situation of logistics management in higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou, and finds that the satisfaction of teachers and students for the logistics entity department is not high. And some problems that need to be improved in the logistics management of higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou at present, such as the low cultural quality of employees, the old age structure, the failure to reach a consensus on work objectives and standards, the imperfect assessment mechanism, etc. It is believed that the level of logistics management must be further improved at present in Fuzhou higher vocational colleges. Using stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between interest and responsibility of various stakeholders in logistics management in higher vocational colleges. Finally, on the basis of drawing lessons from the scientific management methods of logistics in some higher vocational colleges at home and abroad, the paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the way of logistics management in higher vocational colleges: to renew the concept of logistics management and to strengthen the construction of logistics management team. Reform the logistics management system and improve the logistics management mechanism.
