【摘要】：正多頻道、全媒體在不斷地推動著廣播電視傳統(tǒng)媒體創(chuàng)新的同時,越來越迫切地需要具有復(fù)合型、實用型、創(chuàng)新型的語言傳播人才,進(jìn)而要求教育機(jī)構(gòu)在播音與主持藝術(shù)專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)方向和目標(biāo)計劃中,越來越細(xì)化、越來越專業(yè)。一、社會需求與教育培養(yǎng)規(guī)格差異據(jù)社會調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:廣播電視等主流媒體所需的語言藝術(shù)人才,是以采編播為一體的復(fù)合型、實用型、技能型專業(yè)人才。而實際結(jié)果是,在每年的畢業(yè)生和實習(xí)生中,能夠達(dá)到編、采、播的實用型、技能型人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的還
[Abstract]:While promoting the innovation of traditional radio and television media, it is more and more urgent to have compound, practical and innovative language communication talents. Furthermore, educational institutions are required to be more and more detailed and professional in the training direction and goal plan of broadcasting and hosting art majors. First, the differences between social demand and education and training specifications according to the results of social investigation show that the language and art talents needed by mainstream media such as radio and television are compound, practical and skilled professionals with the integration of editing and broadcasting. And the actual result is, among the graduates and interns every year, they are able to meet the standards of practical, skilled and qualified personnel in editing, collecting and broadcasting.
