【摘要】：普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力是中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生應(yīng)該擁有的一項(xiàng)能夠適應(yīng)、勝任未來旅游工作崗位的關(guān)鍵能力。然而，當(dāng)前的中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)教學(xué)卻存在諸多問題，教學(xué)效果難以保證。 調(diào)查表明，，中職旅游專業(yè)普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)教學(xué)主要存在三個(gè)迫切需要解決的問題：教學(xué)脫離行業(yè)需求；教學(xué)缺乏系統(tǒng)有效的理論指導(dǎo)；教學(xué)方法比較單一。這種現(xiàn)狀的根本原因是中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)教學(xué)還處于探索階段，缺乏相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)。 為了解決上述問題，文章對(duì)中職旅游專業(yè)普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力概念進(jìn)行了界定，系統(tǒng)闡述了教學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)原則、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)策略，初步形成了“將培養(yǎng)學(xué)生普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力與學(xué)生日常生活、學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合，與行業(yè)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，在實(shí)踐中培養(yǎng)”的普通話教學(xué)理念。明確了發(fā)音準(zhǔn)確、表達(dá)清晰通順，語(yǔ)調(diào)適宜、表達(dá)得體自然，語(yǔ)言自然、表達(dá)流暢精彩三級(jí)教學(xué)目標(biāo)；提出了基礎(chǔ)性與行業(yè)性相結(jié)合，情境性與參與性相結(jié)合，模仿性與創(chuàng)造性相結(jié)合，得體性與機(jī)智性相結(jié)合等教學(xué)原則；系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了教學(xué)內(nèi)容，一是旅游行業(yè)就業(yè)導(dǎo)向下的中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)，包括發(fā)音準(zhǔn)確、表達(dá)清晰、語(yǔ)調(diào)適宜、傾聽回應(yīng)、禮貌用語(yǔ)、角色適應(yīng)、體態(tài)語(yǔ)和機(jī)智流暢，二是選編中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)的補(bǔ)充教材；提出了教學(xué)策略，即示范模仿、情境體驗(yàn)、分組模擬、思維拓展、階段推進(jìn)和行業(yè)實(shí)踐。 文章還論述了筆者所在學(xué)校為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)普通話提供環(huán)境、展示平臺(tái)，學(xué)生在日常生活、在學(xué)校和在行業(yè)中培養(yǎng)普通話行業(yè)實(shí)踐能力等方面所做的教學(xué)實(shí)踐和探索，指出了教學(xué)實(shí)踐、探索取得的成效。
[Abstract]:The practical ability of Putonghua industry is a key ability for students of secondary vocational tourism major to adapt and be competent for future tourism jobs. However, at present, there are many problems in the training of practical ability of tourism students in secondary vocational school, and the teaching effect is difficult to guarantee. The investigation shows that there are three problems that need to be solved urgently in the practical ability training of the tourism profession in the secondary vocational school: the teaching is divorced from the needs of the profession, the teaching lacks systematic and effective theoretical guidance, and the teaching method is relatively simple. The basic reason of this situation is that the practical ability training of tourism students in secondary vocational school is still in the exploratory stage and lacks the guidance of relevant theories. In order to solve the above problems, the paper defines the concept of practical ability of Putonghua profession in secondary vocational tourism specialty, and expounds systematically the theoretical basis of teaching, teaching objectives, teaching principles, teaching contents and teaching strategies. The putonghua teaching idea of "training students' practical ability of Putonghua industry and students' daily life, learning and practice, and cultivating them in practice" has been formed preliminarily. Clear accurate pronunciation, clear and smooth expression, appropriate intonation, appropriate and natural expression, natural language, fluent and wonderful three teaching objectives; Some teaching principles are put forward, such as the combination of basic and industry, situational and participatory, imitation and creativity, appropriateness and wit. The teaching contents are summarized systematically. One is the cultivation of practical ability of tourism students in the secondary vocational school under the guidance of employment, including accurate pronunciation, clear expression, appropriate intonation, listening to response, polite language and role adaptation. Body language and witty fluency, the second is to select and compile the secondary vocational tourism students' practical ability of Putonghua training supplementary materials; Some teaching strategies are put forward, which are demonstration imitation, situational experience, group simulation, thought expansion, stage advance and industry practice. The paper also discusses the teaching practice and exploration in the aspects of providing the environment for the students to learn Putonghua, displaying the platform, the students' daily life, training the practical ability of the Putonghua industry in the school and in the profession, etc. This paper points out the teaching practice and the effect of exploration.
