武漢職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育(以下簡(jiǎn)稱高職教育)發(fā)展很快,高職院校規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高職教育已經(jīng)占據(jù)了高等教育的半壁江山,但仍存在諸多深層次問題亟待解決,高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題就是其中之一。 作為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)示范性高職院校的武漢職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,近年來(lái)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題也日益凸顯。本文對(duì)該校2009至2011共三屆畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況展開抽樣問卷調(diào)查,通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其畢業(yè)生就業(yè)存在七個(gè)方面的問題:1.師資數(shù)量不足、質(zhì)量參差不齊;2.實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)滯后;3.就業(yè)指導(dǎo)與服務(wù)不得力;4.畢業(yè)生綜合素質(zhì)與能力不高;5.人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量社會(huì)滿意度不高;6.就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性差、期望值過高;7.畢業(yè)生就業(yè)層次低。在概述各類問題的基礎(chǔ)上,從不同角度分析了其成因,包括:師資隊(duì)伍和實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)無(wú)法滿足教學(xué)需要;就業(yè)指導(dǎo)與服務(wù)難以適應(yīng)畢業(yè)生的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求;學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)與能力的培養(yǎng)被忽視;人才培養(yǎng)模式改革滯后于市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展;社會(huì)風(fēng)氣浮躁拉高了畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)期望;財(cái)政經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足制約著畢業(yè)生質(zhì)量的提高;辦學(xué)層次低削弱了畢業(yè)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)等。最后,結(jié)合調(diào)查問卷反饋的信息和筆者的實(shí)踐,提出了解決該校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的對(duì)策,包括:加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高教育教學(xué)水平;重視實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè),強(qiáng)化職業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練;完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo),增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識(shí);推進(jìn)職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育,提升學(xué)生綜合能力水平;深化人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,打造鮮明的辦學(xué)特色;加大投入力度,保障高職教育發(fā)展;突破政策壁壘,提升辦學(xué)層次。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's higher vocational and technical education (hereinafter referred to as higher vocational education) has developed rapidly, the scale of higher vocational colleges has been expanding, higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education, but there are still many deep-seated problems to be solved. The employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges is one of them. Wuhan Vocational and Technical College, which is the national key construction model vocational college, in recent years, the employment problem of graduates is also increasingly prominent. This paper carries out a sampling questionnaire survey on the employment status of the graduates from 2009 to 2011, and finds out that there are seven problems in the employment of the graduates: 1. The quantity of teachers is insufficient and the quality is uneven. The construction of practical training base lags behind; 3. Employment guidance and service is not effective; 4. The comprehensive quality and ability of graduates are not high; 5. The quality of talent training is not high social satisfaction; 6. The employment stability is poor, the expectation value is too high; Graduates have a low level of employment. On the basis of summarizing all kinds of problems, this paper analyzes the causes from different angles, including: the construction of teaching staff and practical training base can not meet the teaching needs, the employment guidance and service is difficult to meet the practical requirements of graduates; The cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and ability is neglected; the reform of talent training mode lags behind the development of the market; the social atmosphere impetuously raises the graduates' employment expectation; the insufficient financial investment restricts the improvement of the graduates' quality; The low level of running a school weakens the competitive advantage of the graduates. Finally, according to the questionnaire feedback information and the author's practice, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of graduates, including: strengthening the construction of teachers, improving the level of education and teaching; Pay attention to the construction of practical training base, strengthen vocational skill training, perfect employment guidance, strengthen service consciousness, promote vocational quality education, improve students' comprehensive ability level, deepen the reform of talent training mode, and create distinctive characteristics of running a school. Increase investment to ensure the development of higher vocational education, break through policy barriers, improve the level of running schools.
