【摘要】：縣級(jí)職教中心是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分，是我國(guó)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的主要承辦者。其發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)解決“三農(nóng)問(wèn)題”，促進(jìn)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移以及縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距都具有極大的推動(dòng)作用。資金上的短缺，是我們這個(gè)人口大國(guó)發(fā)展教育的首要制約因素。而在教育投資領(lǐng)域，職業(yè)教育相對(duì)于普通教育的劣勢(shì)，農(nóng)村地區(qū)相對(duì)于城市地區(qū)的劣勢(shì)，都使縣級(jí)職教中心成為了資金短缺的“重災(zāi)區(qū)”。因此，對(duì)縣級(jí)職教中心投資問(wèn)題的研究，顯得尤為重要。 本文主要選取河北省一些縣級(jí)職教中心作為調(diào)查對(duì)象，對(duì)其投資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查，，進(jìn)而對(duì)表現(xiàn)出的普遍性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納，然后再對(duì)投資主體的動(dòng)機(jī)及影響其投資的因素進(jìn)行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出對(duì)我國(guó)縣級(jí)職教中心投資的優(yōu)化建議與對(duì)策。全文共分為四章，各章節(jié)主要內(nèi)容如下： 第一章緒論部分，主要是對(duì)本論文的研究做一下總要性說(shuō)明。主要闡述了本文的研究背景、研究目的與意義；對(duì)相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行綜述；以及本文的主要研究思路與研究方法。 第二章縣級(jí)職教中心投資現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。本章主要對(duì)所調(diào)查學(xué)校的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)歸納，描述縣級(jí)職教中心的投資現(xiàn)狀。 第三章縣級(jí)職教中心投資主體行為分析。通過(guò)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)，歸納各主體投資行為中存在的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)一步從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)角度對(duì)三大投資主體的投資動(dòng)機(jī)以及影響投資的因素進(jìn)行分析，探索出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因。 第四章優(yōu)化縣級(jí)職教中心投資的對(duì)策與建議。本章主要從優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境，強(qiáng)化政府投資的主導(dǎo)地位及不斷拓寬投資渠道三方面提出優(yōu)化縣級(jí)職教中心投資的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:County-level vocational education center is an important part of vocational education in our country and the main contractor of rural vocational education in our country. Its development plays a great role in solving the "three rural problems", promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor force and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. The shortage of funds is the primary constraint to the development of education in our populous country. In the field of education investment, the inferiority of vocational education relative to general education and the inferiority of rural areas relative to urban areas all make the county vocational education center a "disaster area" with shortage of funds. Therefore, it is very important to study the investment of vocational education center at county level. This paper mainly selects some vocational education centers at county level in Hebei province as the investigation object, investigates the present investment situation, and then sums up the general problems, and then analyzes the motivation of the investment subject and the factors that affect the investment. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the investment of vocational education centers at county level in China. The full text is divided into four chapters, the main content of each chapter is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly to the research of this paper to do a general explanation. This paper mainly describes the research background, purpose and significance of the study; the related research results are summarized; and the main research ideas and research methods. The second chapter is an investigation of the investment status of vocational education centers at the county level. This chapter mainly summarizes the data of the investigated schools and describes the investment status of the county vocational education center. The third chapter analyzes the behavior of investment subject of county vocational education center. Through the investigation data, this paper sums up the problems existing in the investment behavior of each subject, further analyzes the investment motivation of the three major investment subjects and the factors affecting the investment from the angle of economics and sociology, and probes into the causes of the problems. The fourth chapter optimizes the county-level vocational education center investment countermeasure and the suggestion. This chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the investment of vocational education center at county level from three aspects: optimizing the investment environment, strengthening the leading position of government investment and widening the investment channel.
