【摘要】：我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育得到了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展，我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育正從補(bǔ)償性增長(zhǎng)階段轉(zhuǎn)向適應(yīng)性發(fā)展階段，從規(guī)模擴(kuò)張轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)涵發(fā)展，人才需求的結(jié)構(gòu)將發(fā)生一定的變化。從內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境分析入手，對(duì)現(xiàn)有專業(yè)進(jìn)行環(huán)境適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)，進(jìn)而根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行專業(yè)建設(shè)和改革，通過優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整布局、改革和完善學(xué)科及專業(yè)設(shè)置、開發(fā)和利用教育要素的潛在優(yōu)勢(shì)、提高教育資源的合理配置，從而提高資源的共享率和使用效率等。 C校醫(yī)療器械專業(yè)是為浙江省及長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、使用等單位培養(yǎng)高技能人才的基地，本文運(yùn)用教育評(píng)價(jià)的理論、運(yùn)用層次分析法、SWOT分析等方法開展研究。首先，文章以調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)羅列了高職院校專業(yè)所面臨的內(nèi)外環(huán)境，用SWOT分析法對(duì)C校醫(yī)療器械專業(yè)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境作出初步的定性判斷。接著，文章運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)新形勢(shì)下的高職院校專業(yè)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行要素分析，獲取高職院校專業(yè)適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)的模型，并對(duì)醫(yī)療器械專業(yè)的適應(yīng)性模型進(jìn)行求解，，根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)醫(yī)療器械專業(yè)所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)和弱點(diǎn)作出進(jìn)一步定量研究。最后，文章運(yùn)用TOWS矩陣技術(shù)提出了立足于人才需求的多元化戰(zhàn)略、立足于特色創(chuàng)建的差異化戰(zhàn)略、立足于資源整合的聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略、立足于現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，為C校醫(yī)療器械專業(yè)的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The higher vocational education in our country has developed rapidly. The higher vocational education in our country is changing from the compensatory growth stage to the adaptive development stage, from the scale expansion to the connotation development, and the structure of the talent demand will change to a certain extent. Starting with the analysis of internal and external environment, this paper evaluates the environmental adaptability of the existing specialties, and then carries on the professional construction and reform according to the evaluation results, through optimizing the structure, adjusting the layout, reforming and perfecting the discipline and specialty setting, To develop and utilize the potential advantages of educational elements, to improve the rational allocation of educational resources, and thus to increase the sharing rate and efficiency of use of resources, etc. C School Medical Devices Specialty is for the production and management of medical devices in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta region. This paper applies the theory of educational evaluation, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and SWOT analysis to carry out the research. Firstly, based on the investigation, the article lists the internal and external environment facing the major in higher vocational colleges, and makes a preliminary qualitative judgment on the external and internal environment of the medical device specialty in C school by SWOT analysis. Then, the paper uses AHP to analyze the environmental adaptability of higher vocational colleges under the new situation, obtains the model of professional adaptability evaluation of higher vocational colleges, and solves the adaptability model of medical equipment specialty. Further quantitative study of the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by the medical device profession based on the results. Finally, using TOWS matrix technology, the paper puts forward the diversification strategy based on talent demand, the differentiation strategy based on characteristics, the alliance strategy based on resource integration, and the innovation strategy based on modern educational technology. To provide guidance for the development of medical device specialty in C school.
