【摘要】：1917年,《史密斯--休斯法案》通過并生效,為美國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展奠定了法律基石。從此各州職業(yè)教育走上了緊隨聯(lián)邦職業(yè)教育政策的發(fā)展軌道。1917-1930年,阿拉巴馬州職業(yè)教育在聯(lián)邦政府資助下獲得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。從各類職業(yè)教育的資金構(gòu)成、招生人數(shù)等信息來看,阿拉巴馬州職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿�是來自于自身,聯(lián)邦資助主要是激發(fā)和鼓勵(lì)了阿拉巴馬州對(duì)職業(yè)教育的投入,內(nèi)在需要與外在動(dòng)力共同促成了阿拉巴馬州職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 1917, the Smith-Hughes Act was passed and entered into force, laying the legal foundation for the development of secondary vocational education in the United States. Since then, state vocational education has followed the path of federal vocational education policy, and Alabama vocational education with federal funding made great progress between 1917 and 1930. Judging from the composition of funding for various types of vocational education and the number of students enrolled, the main motive force for the development of vocational education in Alabama comes from itself, and federal funding is mainly to stimulate and encourage Alabama's investment in vocational education. Internal needs and external forces together contributed to the development of vocational education in Alabama.
