【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是現(xiàn)代國民教育體系的重要組成部分，在實(shí)施科教興國戰(zhàn)略和人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略中具有特殊的重要地位，而中等職業(yè)教育作為職業(yè)教育的主體，擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要的技能型專門人才和高素質(zhì)勞動者。2011年甘肅省臨夏回族自治州“兩基”工作順利通過國家驗(yàn)收，全州教育事業(yè)進(jìn)入了新的發(fā)展階段，大力發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育，是目前臨夏州教育工作的主攻方向，是全面促進(jìn)臨夏州教育事業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展的必然選擇，是提高人口素質(zhì)變?nèi)丝趬毫槿肆Y源優(yōu)勢的重要途徑，是全面建設(shè)小康社會的本質(zhì)要求。 本論文從四個(gè)方面對臨夏州發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了思考：首先，探討了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展過程中中等職業(yè)教育所起的重要作用；其次，，對臨夏州中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理；再次，從經(jīng)費(fèi)保障、師資隊(duì)伍、生源、專業(yè)設(shè)置等方面尋找臨夏州中等職業(yè)教育存在的問題，并對存在問題的原因進(jìn)行了深入分析；最后，對大力發(fā)展臨夏州中等職業(yè)教育提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of the modern national education system. It plays a special role in the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. The secondary vocational education is the main body of vocational education. In 2011, the "two bases" work of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province successfully passed the national acceptance inspection, and the whole state education entered a new stage of development. Developing the secondary vocational education vigorously is the main direction of the education work in Linxia at present, the inevitable choice of promoting the leap-forward development of the education cause in Linxia, and the important way to improve the quality of the population and turn the pressure of population into the superiority of human resources. It is the essential requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper discusses the development of secondary vocational education in Linxia from four aspects: first, it discusses the important role of secondary vocational education in the process of economic and social development; secondly, Third, from the aspects of funding security, teachers, students, professional settings and other aspects to find the problems of secondary vocational education in Linxia. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to develop the secondary vocational education in Linxia.
