【摘要】：以民航通信技術(shù)專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新為例,介紹了高職應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)思路,根據(jù)行業(yè)標準對人才培養(yǎng)的要求,進行人才培養(yǎng)模式和課程體系等創(chuàng)新,通過在專業(yè)建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用與實踐,證明人才培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新的可行性,為建設(shè)新型職業(yè)教育體系提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the talent training innovation of civil aviation communication technology specialty as an example, this paper introduces the train of thought of applied talents training in higher vocational colleges. According to the requirements of the industry standards for talent training, the talent training mode and curriculum system are innovated. Through the application and practice in professional construction, it proves the feasibility of talent training and innovation, and provides reference for the construction of new vocational education system.
