【摘要】：在認(rèn)清建筑行業(yè)培育"工匠精神"的當(dāng)代價(jià)值和深遠(yuǎn)意義基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)建筑行業(yè)特點(diǎn),概括提煉出建筑行業(yè)"工匠精神"的內(nèi)涵特質(zhì),提出發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育的先行作用,為培育建筑行業(yè)"工匠精神"夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ);發(fā)揮建筑企業(yè)的主體作用,助力"工匠精神"成為建筑人的自覺(jué)追求;發(fā)揮建筑行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的先導(dǎo)作用,弘揚(yáng)"工匠精神"的時(shí)代風(fēng)尚的培育建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of recognizing the contemporary value and far-reaching significance of cultivating "artisans' spirit" in the construction industry, according to the characteristics of the construction industry, this paper summarizes the connotative characteristics of the "craftsman's spirit" in the construction industry, and puts forward that the leading role of vocational education should be brought into play.
