中職“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)過程中的問題研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's market economic system reform and the continuous development of vocational education, "order talent training" came into being. The so-called "order-type" training is a cooperative mode in which schools, according to the needs of employers, sign employment contracts and make use of the resources of both sides to cooperate in the fields of technology, equipment, teachers, and so on. Order training provides a new mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the development of vocational education, plays an important role in solving the problem of students' employment, and plays a positive role in promoting the development of vocational education. However, this mode of education also encountered a lot of problems in the process of development. This paper takes six classes in five secondary vocational and technical schools in Sichuan Province as the research objects, adopts the method of literature, questionnaire and case analysis. According to the connotation of talent training mode and the attribute of vocational education itself, the problems existing in the process of "ordering" personnel training in secondary vocational schools are investigated. Through the analysis of specific cases, this paper sums up the problems and influencing factors of the "order-type" talent training model in six aspects, such as specialty setup, curriculum construction, teaching method, teaching material construction, teacher team construction, teaching resource allocation and so on. At the same time, according to the development needs of the "order-type" training model, combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational education in China, This paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the problems existing in the training process of "order-type", the state should increase the macro-control and guidance of vocational education, and the "order-type" training mode should fully mobilize the participation of enterprises .3in order to learn. The ability of students should be based on the curriculum. 4. Reform the teaching method of "order type" talent training mode. Establish a teaching team. 6. We should write and adopt the "order type" training model The school should pay attention to the job investigation of the graduates of the order class. It is hoped that through the investigation and thinking in this paper, the problems existing in the process of the "order type" education of secondary vocational schools can be explored, which will serve as a source of inspiration.
