民國時期湖北中等職業(yè)教育研究(1927-1937)
[Abstract]:One of the important bases for judging the comprehensive national strength is the strength of the economic strength, and the economic development needs a group of high-quality technical talents, which puts forward new requirements for the development of vocational education for the cultivation of technical talents. Under certain historical conditions, vocational education in the Republic of China became an important way to develop industry and enrich the people. Hubei Province is a big province in the central part of our country. Because of the comprehensive historical reasons, the economy of the Republic of China was withered, and natural disasters occurred frequently. In order to resume production and develop the people's livelihood, Hubei Province, in response to the policy of Nanjing National Government, vigorously developed vocational education at that time. As the main component of vocational education system, secondary vocational education played an irreplaceable role in the social background at that time. By combing and analyzing the development of secondary vocational education in Hubei Province from 1927 to 1937, the author tries to find out the historical development, hoping to bring some enlightenment and reference to the development of secondary vocational education in our country. This article is divided into four parts: first, from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China Hubei secondary vocational education development basis, vocational education trend of thought, Hubei economic traction of three aspects of the development of secondary vocational education in the Republic of China briefly described the historical background of the development of secondary vocational education. Secondly, in terms of quantity, the paper combs the development and changes of Hubei secondary vocational education from 1927 to 1937, and shows the general situation of Hubei secondary vocational education by case study. Thirdly, from the enrollment, curriculum, teacher construction, education funds, practice, employment six aspects of the implementation of secondary vocational education in Hubei at that time was discussed in detail. Finally, this paper briefly analyzes the historical role of secondary vocational education in Hubei during the period of the Republic of China, and sums up the enlightenment to the current secondary vocational education according to its experience and deficiency.
