保定市中職學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育是國(guó)家教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展中職業(yè)教育起到非常重要的作用。在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新的”新態(tài)勢(shì)下,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為21世紀(jì)中國(guó)教育改革的新亮點(diǎn),也是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)建設(shè)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生力軍的必然選擇。中職學(xué)生具有思維靈活、可塑性強(qiáng)、勇于實(shí)踐的特點(diǎn),全方位的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有助于把他們培養(yǎng)成為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的助推器。然而,我國(guó)中職學(xué)校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育面臨著十分嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì),中職學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究具有必要性和緊迫性。本文基于目前我國(guó)中職學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,在保定市范圍內(nèi),選取易縣職教中心等5所有代表性的中職學(xué)校進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育情況走訪調(diào)查,從對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的基本認(rèn)識(shí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)及工作人員、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置及師資情況、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育內(nèi)容及實(shí)施形式和保障機(jī)制五個(gè)方面分析了保定市中職學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的基本現(xiàn)狀;在認(rèn)真梳理基本現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了保定市創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在目標(biāo)不清晰、課程設(shè)置內(nèi)容與學(xué)生需求脫節(jié)、實(shí)施方法與途徑單一、評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制不完善等問(wèn)題;深入挖掘問(wèn)題存在的根源,找出導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題存在的原因?yàn)閯?chuàng)業(yè)教育理念相對(duì)落后、管理方法相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)、師資力量相對(duì)匱乏、社會(huì)支持體系相對(duì)欠缺等;在全面分析保定市中職學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育基本現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題、根本原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了保定市中職學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)策,構(gòu)建了較為完整、科學(xué)的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,該體系包括四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,即全新的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念體系、科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育內(nèi)容體系、豐富多樣的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實(shí)施體系、長(zhǎng)效有力的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育保障體系。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of national education, which plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Under the new situation of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", entrepreneurship education has become a new bright spot in China's educational reform in the 21st century, and it is also an inevitable choice for secondary vocational schools to cultivate and build new forces in China's economy and society. Secondary vocational school students have the characteristics of flexible thinking, strong plasticity, courage to practice, all-round entrepreneurship education is helpful to train them to become a booster of industrial upgrading. However, entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in China is facing a very serious situation, and the research of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools is necessary and urgent. Based on the current situation of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in our country, this paper selects 5 representative secondary vocational schools, such as the vocational education center of Yi County, to carry out a survey on the situation of entrepreneurship education in Baoding City, in order to understand the basic knowledge of entrepreneurship education. The basic status of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in Baoding City is analyzed from five aspects: related institutions and staff, curriculum setting and teachers' situation, contents, implementation forms and guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education. On the basis of combing the basic current situation, the paper puts forward some problems, such as the lack of clear goal, the disconnection between curriculum content and students' needs, the single implementation method and approach, the imperfect evaluation mechanism and so on. Explore the root causes of the problem, find out the causes of the problem is the relatively backward concept of entrepreneurship education, management methods are relatively traditional, the relative lack of teachers, social support system is relatively lacking; On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the basic status, existing problems and fundamental causes of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in Baoding City, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in Baoding City, and constructs a relatively complete and scientific entrepreneurship education system. The system consists of four aspects, namely, a new concept system of entrepreneurship education, a scientific system of entrepreneurship education content system, a rich and diverse implementation system of entrepreneurship education, and a long-term effective entrepreneurship education security system.
