基于核心技能的中職“數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)”課程體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:課程改革是當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)教育關(guān)注的重要話題,是進(jìn)一步深化中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教育和教學(xué)改革的關(guān)鍵。但目前我國中等職業(yè)課程設(shè)置中存在的問題頗多,沒有落實(shí)“以服務(wù)為宗旨,以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,以能力為本位”的辦學(xué)方針。本論文就數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的課程體系問題進(jìn)行了深入的研究:組織有關(guān)專家和教師進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)研,廣泛聽取了行業(yè)和企業(yè)技術(shù)專家的意見和建議,對該專業(yè)對應(yīng)的職業(yè)崗位、工作任務(wù)及崗位技能進(jìn)行詳盡的分析研究,提煉出該專業(yè)的專業(yè)核心技能。以核心技能培養(yǎng)為專業(yè)課程改革主旨、以核心課程開發(fā)為專業(yè)課程建設(shè)主體、以教學(xué)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)為專業(yè)教學(xué)改革重點(diǎn),按照“公共課程+核心課程+教學(xué)項(xiàng)目”的思路,期望構(gòu)建一個比較科學(xué)、合理的數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的課程體系。 論文主要涉及以下幾個方面: 第一部分緒言,闡明了本研究的背景、意義、研究的思路與方法。特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了當(dāng)前中職教育人才培養(yǎng)沒有滿足社會需要,專業(yè)建設(shè)沒有考慮企業(yè)要求,課程設(shè)置沒有對接崗位技能等問題。 第二部分為文獻(xiàn)綜述,對核心技能的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理。對職業(yè)教育課程的三種體系(三段式課程體系、工作導(dǎo)向課程體系和核心技能課程體系)及演變進(jìn)行了簡要述評。 第三部分討論了核心技能的理論和價值。界定了“核心技能”和“專業(yè)核心技能”;探討了兩者的關(guān)系,及其在人才培養(yǎng)中的價值;詳細(xì)描述了數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)核心技能提取的方法與過程。 第四部分著手構(gòu)建基于核心技能的數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的課程體系。在分析數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)核心課程與專業(yè)核心技能的基礎(chǔ)上,形成由公共課程、核心課程、項(xiàng)目課程、選修課程四大塊構(gòu)成的數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的課程方案,并分析了其構(gòu)成的合理性。 第五部分是關(guān)于基于核心技能的數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程方案順利實(shí)施的保障問題,論文從師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備和基地建設(shè)、專業(yè)教材建設(shè)、課程資源建設(shè)等方面提出了積極有效的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:Curriculum reform is an important topic of current secondary vocational education and the key to further deepening secondary vocational school education and teaching reform. However, there are many problems in the setting of secondary vocational curriculum in our country at present, and the policy of "serving as the aim, employment as the guide and ability as the standard" has not been carried out. This paper has carried on the thorough research to the digital media technology application specialty curriculum system question: organizes the related expert and the teacher to carry on the thorough investigation, has listened widely to the profession and the enterprise technical expert's opinion and the suggestion, The corresponding professional positions, job tasks and post skills are analyzed and studied in detail, and the core skills of the major are refined. Taking the cultivation of core skills as the main purpose of professional curriculum reform, taking the development of core curriculum as the main body of professional curriculum construction, and taking teaching project design as the focal point of professional teaching reform, according to the idea of "the core curriculum teaching project of public curriculum", Expect to build a more scientific, reasonable digital media technology application professional curriculum system. This paper mainly involves the following aspects: the first part is the introduction, which clarifies the background, significance, ideas and methods of this study. Special emphasis is placed on the problems of current secondary vocational education talent training not meeting the needs of the society, professional construction not considering the requirements of the enterprise, and the curriculum setting without docking post skills and so on. The second part is literature review, combing the related research of core skills. In this paper, three systems of vocational education curriculum (three-stage curriculum system, work-oriented curriculum system and core skill curriculum system) and their evolution are briefly reviewed. The third part discusses the theory and value of core skills. This paper defines "core skills" and "professional core skills", probes into the relationship between them and their value in the cultivation of talents, and describes in detail the methods and processes of extracting the core skills of digital media technology application specialty. The fourth part starts to construct the curriculum system of digital media technology application based on core skills. On the basis of analyzing the core curriculum and professional core skills of the major of digital media technology application, this paper forms a curriculum scheme of digital media technology application specialty, which consists of four parts: public curriculum, core curriculum, project curriculum and elective course. The rationality of its constitution is analyzed. The fifth part is about the guarantee of the successful implementation of the digital media technology application course program based on the core skills. The thesis includes the construction of the teaching staff, the construction of practical training equipment and base, the construction of specialized teaching materials. This paper puts forward positive and effective measures and suggestions on the construction of curriculum resources.
