高職院校教育教學質量監(jiān)控與保障體系的研究

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,是我國經濟發(fā)展、社會進步的必然產物,肩負著為生產、建設、管理、服務第一線培養(yǎng)高端技能型人才的重任,隨著我國經濟的發(fā)展,高職教育越來越顯示出他積極作用和重要價值。近幾年來,我國高等職業(yè)教育在學校數(shù)量和學生規(guī)模大發(fā)展的同時辦學規(guī)模與師資短缺、教學儀器設備落后之間的矛盾日益加大,存在著嚴重的教育教學質量隱患,影響了高職院校的市場競爭力。 作為高等教育的重要組成部分的高等職業(yè)教育,有著與其他類型高等教育不同的特色功能和人才培養(yǎng)模式,高等職業(yè)教育的特征要求我們重新審視高等職業(yè)教育的教學質量內涵。高職教育的教學質量是一個系統(tǒng)構成的,他不僅涉及到高職院校教學的工作的各方面、各環(huán)節(jié),而且與教學活動之外的其他工作息息相關。 本文在分析研究我國高職教育的理論和實踐的基礎上,結合高職院校人才培養(yǎng)工作的特殊性,運用系統(tǒng)理論,全面質量管理理論、認知理論對高職教育教學質量及體系進行了全面的探討,并從高職院校教學質量體系的具體構成來研究高職院校的教學質量標準體系,教學質量監(jiān)控體系和教學質量保障體系,最終使三大體系成為一個協(xié)調統(tǒng)一的整體,為高職院校提高教育教學質量提供一些理論支持。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country. It is the inevitable outcome of economic development and social progress in our country. It is shouldering the important task of cultivating high-end skilled personnel for production, construction, management and service. With the economic development of our country, higher vocational education more and more shows its positive role and important value. In recent years, the contradiction between the scale of running schools and the shortage of teachers and the backwardness of teaching instruments and equipments in higher vocational education in our country has been increasing day by day while the number of schools and the scale of students have developed greatly, and there are serious hidden dangers in the quality of education and teaching. It affects the market competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education has its own characteristic function and talent training mode, which is different from other types of higher education. The characteristics of higher vocational education require us to re-examine the connotation of teaching quality of higher vocational education. The teaching quality of higher vocational education is a systematic structure. It not only involves all aspects and links of teaching work in higher vocational colleges, but also is closely related to other work other than teaching activities. On the basis of analyzing and studying the theory and practice of higher vocational education in our country, combining the particularity of talent training in higher vocational colleges, this paper applies the system theory and the theory of total quality management. The cognitive theory has carried on the overall discussion to the higher vocational education teaching quality and the system, and has studied the teaching quality standard system, the teaching quality monitoring system and the teaching quality guarantee system from the concrete constitution of the higher vocational education teaching quality system. Finally, the three systems become a coordinated and unified whole, which provides some theoretical support for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of education and teaching.
