高職院校技術(shù)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)及其創(chuàng)新發(fā)展

【摘要】:圍繞技術(shù)開展的技術(shù)傳授、技術(shù)應(yīng)用及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)構(gòu)成了高職院校的技術(shù)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)。政府主導(dǎo)模式的技術(shù)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)將高職院校定位為技術(shù)傳授主體、技術(shù)應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)新客體,容易造成高職院校教學(xué)中的技術(shù)與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用的技術(shù)出現(xiàn)差距。目前,形成"三螺旋"模式的技術(shù)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的條件已經(jīng)成熟。"三螺旋"模式的技術(shù)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)不僅將高職院校定位為技術(shù)傳授主體,也定位為技術(shù)應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)新主體,甚至可以應(yīng)用技術(shù)孵化企業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院校教學(xué)的技術(shù)與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用的技術(shù)同頻共振。在實(shí)施路徑上,高職院校應(yīng)突出技術(shù)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的實(shí)踐性,具體措施包括:校企共建三層次遞進(jìn)式實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,構(gòu)建"政企校"技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系,創(chuàng)建技術(shù)型企業(yè)孵化平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The technology teaching activities, such as technology imparting, technology application and technological innovation, make up the technical operation system of higher vocational colleges. The technology operation system of the government-led mode regards higher vocational colleges as the main body of technology imparting and the object of technology application and innovation, which easily leads to the gap between the technology in teaching in higher vocational colleges and the technology used in enterprise production. At present, the conditions for the technical operation system of the "three helix" mode have matured. " The technology operation system of the three-helix mode not only defines higher vocational colleges as the main body of technology teaching, but also as the main body of technology application and innovation, and even can apply technology to incubate enterprises. To realize the same frequency resonance between the teaching technology in higher vocational colleges and the production and application technology in enterprises. In the implementation path, the higher vocational colleges should stress the practicality of the technical operation system. The concrete measures include: constructing the three-level progressive practical teaching system, constructing the technological innovation system of "political enterprise school", and creating the incubating platform of the technology-type enterprise.
