新疆高職院校民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育融入職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的對策

【摘要】：新疆高職院校民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育融入職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作既是民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育深入發(fā)展的時代需要,也是職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。圍繞三所新疆高職院校進(jìn)行的實(shí)地調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),狹隘民族意識影響學(xué)生正確職業(yè)觀的形成,職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師隊(duì)伍馬克思主義民族理論素養(yǎng)不高,民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育融入職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的程度淺顯、水平較低,語言問題是影響融入有效性的主要屏障四大問題。為此,建議消除職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作中師生的狹隘民族意識,建設(shè)具有較高思想政治理論素養(yǎng)的師資隊(duì)伍,融入民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容,幫助少數(shù)民族學(xué)生樹立正確的就業(yè)觀。
[Abstract]:The integration of ethnic unity education into vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang is not only the need of the further development of national unity education, but also the key link to realize the goal of vocational guidance. The field investigation conducted around the three higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang shows that the narrow national consciousness affects the formation of students' correct vocational outlook, and the Marxist national theoretical literacy of vocational guidance teachers is not high. The degree of integration of national unity education into vocational guidance work is simple, the level is low, the language problem is the main barrier to the integration effectiveness. Therefore, it is suggested that the narrow national consciousness of teachers and students in vocational guidance should be eliminated, the teachers with higher ideological and political theoretical literacy should be built up, the vocational guidance content of national unity education should be integrated, and the students of ethnic minorities should be helped to set up a correct view of employment.
