【摘要】：工匠是一個多元分化的群體,工匠精神是不同發(fā)展階段的工匠在生產(chǎn)制造中的內(nèi)在精神特質(zhì)和外在技術(shù)表現(xiàn)的凝結(jié)。工匠精神有著豐富的內(nèi)涵,包括精益求精的專業(yè)精神、敬業(yè)樂業(yè)的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)專注的工作品質(zhì)、追求至善的人文素養(yǎng)。通過重構(gòu)人才培養(yǎng)體系、強(qiáng)化實踐教學(xué)、打造文化育人體系能有效促進(jìn)工匠精神培育。
[Abstract]:Craftsman is a pluralistic group. Craftsman's spirit is the condensation of craftsman's inner spirit and external technical expression in the production and manufacture of craftsmen at different stages of development. Craftsman spirit has rich connotations, including the professional spirit of excellence, professional accomplishment of dedicated and happy work, rigorous and dedicated work quality, and pursuit of the highest quality of humanity. By reconstructing the personnel training system, strengthening the practical teaching and creating the cultural education system, we can effectively promote the cultivation of craftsmen's spirit.
