【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是校企共同培養(yǎng)人才的通道,它是由校企共同負(fù)責(zé)培養(yǎng)人才,是產(chǎn)與教的深度融合,是職業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的新形式。本文通過(guò)明確現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的內(nèi)涵,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,分析制約現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的因素,探索出現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制在人才培養(yǎng)中的途徑,它需要政府、學(xué)校、企業(yè)和社會(huì)鼎力配合。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is a channel for colleges and enterprises to train talents together. It is a new form of professional talents training, which is the deep integration of production and teaching. By clarifying the connotation of the modern apprenticeship system, understanding the present situation at home and abroad, analyzing the factors restricting the development of the modern apprenticeship system, and exploring the ways of the modern apprenticeship system in the cultivation of talents, it needs the cooperation of the government, the school, the enterprise and the society.
