【摘要】：大學(xué)生是時(shí)代的棟梁，國家的希望，民族的未來。他（她）們的思想政治狀況如何，能否健康成長關(guān)系到國家的前途與命運(yùn)。近年來，中宣部、教育部等部門對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治狀況的調(diào)查表明，當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的主流意識(shí)是積極健康、向上的。然而，大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、交往方式日益多樣化、社會(huì)化，影響大學(xué)生思想的因素越來越多。單一的、封閉式的學(xué)生思想政治教育工作越來越難以奏效，以往有成效的學(xué)生思想政治教育工作面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)和新的選擇。因此，加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校學(xué)生思想政治工作，是培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的必然要求，是建設(shè)和諧校園在思想領(lǐng)域的具體體現(xiàn)。高職院校是我國高等教育的重要組成部分，占據(jù)了高等教育的半壁江山，學(xué)生數(shù)量也已經(jīng)超過普通院校學(xué)生數(shù)量。然而，由于高職院校存在著自己本身的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)、辦學(xué)特點(diǎn)，所以與普通院校學(xué)生有著一定的差異。 本文擬針對(duì)我國高職院校的學(xué)生思想政治教育工作面臨的新的形勢(shì)，，分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代帶來的新挑戰(zhàn)、存在的主要問題以及問題的主要原因；研究其創(chuàng)新對(duì)策；探尋高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的特點(diǎn)及規(guī)律；擬拓展高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容及工作的實(shí)施途徑；創(chuàng)新學(xué)生思想政治工作的方法；堅(jiān)持以人為本，把握正確的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向；加強(qiáng)思想政治工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，建立有效的管理體制和扎實(shí)有效的思想政治教育體系，為切實(shí)做好當(dāng)今高職院校學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作提出較為全面、系統(tǒng)的方法論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:College students are the pillars of the times, the hope of the country, the future of the nation. Their ideological and political status and whether they can grow healthily are related to the future and destiny of the country. In recent years, the investigation on the ideological and political situation of college students by the departments of propaganda and Education of the CPC Central Committee shows that the mainstream consciousness of contemporary college students is positive, healthy and upward. However, there are more and more factors influencing college students' thought. Single, closed ideological and political education of students is becoming more and more difficult to work, the former effective ideological and political education of students faces severe challenges and new choices. Therefore, to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students is the inevitable requirement of cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors, and the concrete embodiment of building a harmonious campus in the ideological field. Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in China, accounting for half of higher education, and the number of students has already exceeded the number of students in ordinary colleges and universities. However, higher vocational colleges have their own goals and characteristics of running a school, so they are different from ordinary students. This paper aims at the new situation of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, analyzes the new challenges, the main problems and the main reasons of the problems brought by the network age, and studies its innovative countermeasures. To explore the characteristics and laws of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges; to expand the contents and ways of implementation of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges; to innovate the methods of ideological and political work for students; to adhere to the people-oriented approach; To grasp the correct value orientation, to strengthen the construction of the ideological and political work team, to establish an effective management system and a solid and effective ideological and political education system, and to put forward a more comprehensive approach to the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges.
