【摘要】：廣東省職業(yè)教育校企合作形式多樣、效果顯著,為現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實施提供了經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)和有利條件。但從總體來看,校企合作還存在缺乏有效機(jī)制、企業(yè)需求沒有受到重視、頂崗實習(xí)存在諸多問題等瓶頸,是制約現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實施的主要問題。針對這些問題,提出了完善法律法規(guī),加強(qiáng)制度匹配建設(shè);健全組織管理,開展頂層設(shè)計;激勵企業(yè)開展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制等完善現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實施條件的建議。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education in Guangdong Province has various forms and remarkable effects, which provides an empirical basis and favorable conditions for the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system. But on the whole, there is still a lack of effective mechanism for the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the lack of attention to the needs of enterprises, and many problems in the practice of post placement, which are the main problems restricting the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system. In view of these problems, the author puts forward some suggestions on perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening the construction of system matching, perfecting organization and management, developing top-level design, encouraging enterprises to develop modern apprenticeship system, and so on, to perfect the conditions for the implementation of modern apprenticeship system.
