戰(zhàn)后澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展史研究

【摘要】:澳大利亞是一個移民國家,短短200多年的時間里,從僅有數(shù)十萬土著人的原始社會,變成人口 2000多萬的世界上為數(shù)不多的發(fā)達國家之一,發(fā)達的教育在其中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。筆者特別關(guān)注澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,在世界高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展史上,澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育有獨特魅力,能力本位、培訓(xùn)包、國家框架體系等是澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育的標簽。本文主要包括四個部分。第一部分是緒論,主要介紹了研究的緣由與意義、文獻綜述、研究的目標內(nèi)容和方法、概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ)、創(chuàng)新之處與不足。第二、三、四部分是筆者將1945-2010年期間澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展劃分為三個階段,分別作為第一章、第二章、第三章的內(nèi)容,大致20年左右為一個階段,劃分依據(jù)是政黨更替或重要教育機構(gòu)的設(shè)立。第一章是醞釀萌芽期,主要分析了澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育創(chuàng)立前的發(fā)展狀況。在這一時期,教育與歷史、政黨、經(jīng)濟等因素促使了高等職業(yè)教育的醞釀萌芽。實用主義成為主流,職業(yè)教育迅速發(fā)展,高等教育雙軌制形成。由此,高等職業(yè)教育醞釀萌芽。第二章是創(chuàng)立調(diào)整期,比較詳細的介紹了高等職業(yè)教育創(chuàng)立和調(diào)整的整個過程和結(jié)果。這20年的時間里,開創(chuàng)了人才培養(yǎng)新模式、確立了能力本位、促進了高等教育大眾化。高等職業(yè)教育從創(chuàng)立到調(diào)整,教育職能從教育向培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)向,奠定了澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的基調(diào)和方向。第三章是變革發(fā)展期,也是本文的重點,主要介紹了高等職業(yè)教育變革的因素、表現(xiàn)和特點,突出了澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育的特點和價值所在。國家框架體系、留學(xué)生教育、新學(xué)徒制等逐漸成為澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育的變革表現(xiàn)。在此階段,澳大利亞高等職業(yè)教育表現(xiàn)出來的是市場或客戶本位,職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)成為重點,以人為本,多方位籌集資金,呈現(xiàn)出包括終身教育理念、高等職業(yè)教育與大學(xué)銜接、行業(yè)參與度高等特點,澳大利亞的高等職業(yè)教育對于我國高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Australia is an immigrant country, from a primitive society with only hundreds of thousands of indigenous people in more than 200 years to one of the few developed countries in the world with a population of more than 20 million. Developed education plays an important role in it. The author pays special attention to the development of higher vocational education in Australia. In the history of higher vocational education in the world, higher vocational education in Australia has unique charm, ability standard and training package. The national framework system is the label of higher vocational education in Australia. This paper mainly includes four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the reason and significance of the research, literature review, the research objective content and method, the concept definition and theoretical basis, the innovation and the insufficiency. In the second, third and fourth parts, the author divides the development of higher vocational education in Australia from 1945 to 2010 into three stages: the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter, about 20 years as a stage. The division is based on the replacement of political parties or the establishment of important educational institutions. The first chapter is the embryonic stage, mainly analyzes the development of higher vocational education in Australia before its establishment. In this period, education and history, political parties, economy and other factors promoted the development of higher vocational education. Pragmatism has become the mainstream, vocational education has developed rapidly, and the dual-track system of higher education has been formed. As a result, higher vocational education is in the bud. The second chapter is the period of establishment and adjustment, which introduces the whole process and results of the establishment and adjustment of higher vocational education in detail. In the past 20 years, a new talent training model has been created, the ability standard has been established, and the popularization of higher education has been promoted. Higher vocational education changed from establishment to adjustment and its function changed from education to training, which laid the tone and direction for the development of higher vocational education in Australia. The third chapter is the period of change and development, which is also the focus of this paper. It mainly introduces the factors, performance and characteristics of the reform of higher vocational education, and highlights the characteristics and value of higher vocational education in Australia. National framework system, foreign students education, new apprenticeship system and so on gradually become the change performance of higher vocational education in Australia. At this stage, higher vocational education in Australia shows a market or customer orientation, vocational education and training become the focus, people-oriented, multi-faceted fund-raising, showing that the concept of life-long education, The higher vocational education has the characteristics of linking up with the university and the high degree of trade participation. The higher vocational education in Australia has some reference significance for the development of higher vocational education in our country.
