高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著高等教育跨越式發(fā)展,我國高等職業(yè)教育業(yè)異軍突起。高職教育體系的建立和崛起,一方面豐富了了我國高等教育體系結(jié)構(gòu),完善了職業(yè)教育體系框架;另一方面順應(yīng)了人民群眾接受高等教育的迫切需要,順應(yīng)了現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對(duì)高技能人才的迫切需要。但是,在現(xiàn)行升學(xué)考試制度下,高職在高考招生中的錄取批次及分?jǐn)?shù)劃段,主客觀上必然造成“低分學(xué)生進(jìn)高職”的現(xiàn)狀。進(jìn)入高職后,有一部分學(xué)生能發(fā)奮讀書不甘落后,但是有很大一部分學(xué)生沒有學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),厭學(xué)苦學(xué),上課逃課、考試作弊等現(xiàn)象并不鮮見。學(xué)生這樣的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不但影響了正常的教學(xué)活動(dòng)、教學(xué)質(zhì)量,而且也背離了高職教育發(fā)展的最終目標(biāo)——培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。因此,是什么因素影響了高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī);如何激發(fā)培養(yǎng)高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)這些方面的研究顯得尤為重要。 在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)、規(guī)律,本文對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的內(nèi)涵、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)與學(xué)習(xí)目的及學(xué)習(xí)效果的關(guān)系、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了深入的分析,從學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)信心、家庭環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境、教師教學(xué)、教學(xué)環(huán)境、課程設(shè)置及專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面提出了目前影響高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的內(nèi)外因素。進(jìn)一步論證了提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的必要性,有針對(duì)性的提出了培養(yǎng)和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的對(duì)策。 通過調(diào)查、訪談及大量的數(shù)據(jù)分析,在對(duì)高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析的基礎(chǔ)上,,本文揭示了當(dāng)前高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)在學(xué)習(xí)過程中反映出的諸多問題,例如學(xué)生個(gè)人的問題,學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確、缺乏學(xué)習(xí)興趣;教學(xué)方面的問題,教學(xué)方式呆板、課程設(shè)置不合理;學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的問題,教學(xué)設(shè)備落后、學(xué)習(xí)氛圍淡薄等等。 本文立足于高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀,找出了高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情緒不高,動(dòng)力不足的癥結(jié)所在,指出要激發(fā)高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)高職教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)必須創(chuàng)造良好的社會(huì)輿論環(huán)境、校園學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境及就業(yè)環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)學(xué)校各項(xiàng)考核制度如出勤率考核,改革教學(xué)方式,科學(xué)設(shè)置課程等從外至內(nèi)誘導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立合理的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),讓學(xué)生知曉學(xué)習(xí)的重要性,在學(xué)習(xí)過程中體驗(yàn)到學(xué)有所得的樂趣,從而使學(xué)生從苦學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)為樂學(xué),達(dá)到理想的教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education by leaps and bounds, China's higher vocational education industry has suddenly emerged. The establishment and rise of higher vocational education system, on the one hand, enriches the structure of our higher education system and consummates the framework of vocational education system; on the other hand, it conforms to the urgent needs of the masses to receive higher education. In line with the modernization of high-skilled personnel urgent needs. However, under the current entrance examination system, the acceptance batches and grades of higher vocational colleges in the college entrance examination will inevitably lead to the present situation of "low score students entering higher vocational colleges" objectively and subjectively. After entering higher vocational education, some students can study hard and not fall behind, but a large number of students have no study goal, are tired of learning, skip classes, cheat in exams and so on. The students' learning attitude not only affects the normal teaching activities and teaching quality, but also deviates from the ultimate goal of the development of higher vocational education, that is, to train high quality applied technical talents. Therefore, what factors affect the learning motivation of higher vocational students, and how to stimulate and cultivate the learning motivation of vocational students is particularly important. On the basis of previous studies, according to the characteristics and rules of higher vocational students' study, this paper makes a deep analysis of the connotation of learning motivation, the relationship between learning motivation, learning purpose and learning effect, and the relevant theories of learning motivation. This paper puts forward the internal and external factors that affect the motivation of higher vocational students from the aspects of learning interest, learning confidence, family environment, social environment, teachers' teaching, teaching environment, curriculum setting and professional structure. This paper further demonstrates the necessity of improving students' learning motivation, and puts forward countermeasures to cultivate and stimulate students' learning motivation. Through investigation, interview and a lot of data analysis, based on the analysis of the results of the investigation on the students' learning motivation, this paper reveals many problems reflected in the learning process of the students in higher vocational education, such as the individual problems of the students. Learning goals are unclear, lack of interest in learning; problems in teaching, rigid teaching methods, unreasonable curriculum; problems in learning environment, backward teaching equipment, weak learning atmosphere, and so on. Based on the present situation of higher vocational students' study, this paper finds out the crux of the students' low learning mood and insufficient motivation, and points out that it is necessary to stimulate the students' learning motivation and improve the teaching quality. To realize the training goal of higher vocational education, we must create a good environment of public opinion, study environment and employment environment on campus, strengthen the examination system of school attendance, reform the teaching method, Setting up courses from outside to inside can induce students to set up reasonable learning goals, let students know the importance of learning, and experience the fun of learning in the process of learning, so that students can change from hard study to happy learning, and achieve the ideal teaching effect.
