【摘要】：目的探析合作性學(xué)習(xí)在內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)實驗教學(xué)中的效果。方法選取我院2014年9月~2015年6月某班級護(hù)生150例為對照組,同時再選取2015年9月~2016年6月某班級護(hù)生150例為實驗組,對照組采用常規(guī)實驗教學(xué),實驗組則應(yīng)用合作性的教學(xué)方式,對比各小組護(hù)生的各項考核成績以及對老師的滿意度評價。結(jié)果進(jìn)行不同的教學(xué)模式后,護(hù)生的情況各不相同,其中實驗組的操作、理論成績,以及護(hù)理查房、病歷書寫均優(yōu)于對照組,且護(hù)生評價的帶教滿意度也遠(yuǎn)高于對照組,各小組間的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)教學(xué)中,給予護(hù)生合作性教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),不僅提高了護(hù)生的各項技能水平,而且提升了自身和老師的綜合素質(zhì),值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the effect of cooperative learning in experimental teaching of internal medicine nursing.Methods 150 nursing students of a class in our hospital from September 2014 to June 2015 were selected as control group,150 nursing students of a class from September 2015 to June 2016 were selected as experimental group,the control group was given conventional experimental teaching,and the experimental group was given cooperative teaching method. Results After different teaching modes, the situation of nursing students was different. The operation, theoretical results, nursing rounds and medical record writing of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing students was much higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Cooperative teaching and learning can not only improve the skill level of nursing students, but also improve the comprehensive quality of themselves and teachers, which is worthy of clinical application.
