新形勢(shì)下中專校園文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:從客觀角度而言,校園文化是學(xué)校全體教職員工在漫長(zhǎng)的辦學(xué)進(jìn)程中共同創(chuàng)設(shè)和形成的,并且被全體教職員工所認(rèn)可的校園文化理念以及培養(yǎng)這種理念所需要的文化環(huán)境的總和。實(shí)質(zhì)上,校園文化是社會(huì)文化以一種理念或精神性的因素從政治角度、道德層面、心理角度對(duì)校園產(chǎn)生的一系列影響。在本質(zhì)上,校園文化是社會(huì)文化的核心構(gòu)成部分,是社會(huì)文化在校園文化中的拓展與延伸。高雅的校園文化往往能在潛移默化中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形成良好的情操,促進(jìn)其綜合素質(zhì)的全面提升,,并且還能以較大的力度對(duì)社會(huì)文化大環(huán)境形成影響。從學(xué)校角度而言,構(gòu)筑高雅和諧的校園文化不但能形成獨(dú)特的辦學(xué)特色,而且還能進(jìn)一步提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量。近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)教育的深入發(fā)展,校園文化建設(shè)在學(xué)校教育工作中所發(fā)揮的作用越來(lái)越大。 在教育大力改革的今天,社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才的要求越來(lái)越高,中專學(xué)校發(fā)展的空間不斷縮小。在這種情況下,中專學(xué)校應(yīng)構(gòu)建溫馨和諧、民主高雅的校園文化,方能適應(yīng)中職教育發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),獲得更大的生存空間。 本文首先對(duì)中專校園文化的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了明確的界定,并提出中專校園文化建設(shè)可達(dá)到的理想狀態(tài)應(yīng)當(dāng)是:體現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的教育功效和愉悅功效,彰顯出開(kāi)放性和銜接性,表現(xiàn)出鮮明的職業(yè)性,體現(xiàn)出時(shí)代性和創(chuàng)新性,具有明顯的兼容性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了中專校園文化建設(shè)存在的以下問(wèn)題:投入嚴(yán)重不足,校園文化建設(shè)缺乏必要的中職特色,構(gòu)建校園文化活動(dòng)的方法單一,校園人文情境的構(gòu)建匱乏。此后,論文對(duì)存在上述問(wèn)題的成因進(jìn)行了深入分析,即觀念陳舊落后、構(gòu)建校園文化的主體力量不夠全面、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不良效應(yīng)、構(gòu)建中專校園文化的理論不夠深厚等因素,制約著中專校園文化建設(shè)的縱深發(fā)展。最后,本論文提出加強(qiáng)中專校園文化建設(shè)應(yīng)從以下途徑入手:以中專德育目標(biāo)為綱領(lǐng)建設(shè)校園文化,中專校園文化理念須具有職業(yè)性和時(shí)效性,在中專校園文化活動(dòng)中融入豐富性和創(chuàng)造性,注重校園文化建設(shè)中的人文因素和自然因素;以企業(yè)文化為根基、以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)航目標(biāo)的整合;進(jìn)一步深化中專校園文化建設(shè)中的理論研究。
[Abstract]:From an objective point of view, the campus culture was created and formed by all the faculty and staff in the long process of running a school. And by all staff recognized by the concept of campus culture and the cultural environment needed to cultivate this concept sum. In essence, campus culture is a series of influences of social culture on campus from a political, moral and psychological point of view. In essence, campus culture is the core component of social culture and the extension of social culture in campus culture. Elegant campus culture can often cultivate students to form good sentiment, promote their comprehensive quality in an all-round way, and also have a strong impact on the social and cultural environment. From the school point of view, the construction of elegant and harmonious campus culture can not only form a unique school characteristics, but also further improve the quality of teaching. In recent years, with the development of education in our country, the construction of campus culture plays a more and more important role in school education. In today's education reform, social development demands more and more talents, and the space for the development of secondary schools is shrinking. In this case, the secondary school should build a warm and harmonious, democratic and elegant campus culture, in order to adapt to the development trend of secondary vocational education and obtain a greater living space. In this paper, the connotation of secondary school campus culture is clearly defined, and the ideal state of campus culture construction in technical secondary school should be as follows: strong educational effect and pleasure effect, openness and cohesion. It has obvious compatibility with times and innovation. On this basis, this paper reveals the following problems in the construction of campus culture in technical secondary schools: the serious shortage of investment, the lack of necessary characteristics of secondary vocational education in the construction of campus culture, the single method of constructing campus cultural activities, and the lack of construction of humanistic situation on campus. Since then, the paper has carried on the thorough analysis to the causes of the above problems, that is, the idea is outdated and backward, the main force of constructing the campus culture is not comprehensive enough, the bad effect of the market economy system. The theory of constructing the secondary school campus culture is not deep enough, which restricts the deep development of the secondary school campus culture construction. Finally, this paper puts forward the following ways to strengthen the construction of campus culture in technical secondary school: to construct campus culture with the goal of moral education in technical secondary school, the concept of campus culture in technical secondary school should be professional and timely. Integrating richness and creativity into campus cultural activities in technical secondary schools, paying attention to the humanistic and natural factors in the construction of campus culture, integrating the enterprise culture as the foundation, and taking employment as the guiding goal; Further deepen the theoretical research in the construction of secondary school campus culture.
